A.    BDO Insurance Brokers, Inc. (“BDOI”) is licensed and regulated by the Insurance Commission (“IC”) as an insurance broker.

 

BDOI acts as a broker for insurance companies licensed by the IC and offers their products that are duly approved by the IC.

 

As a broker, BDOI is committed to: (a) provide efficient service as intermediary of insurance companies; and (b) comply with laws and regulations governing insurance brokerage.

 

B.    In compliance with the Guidelines on Electronic Commerce of Insurance Products (Insurance Commission Circular Letter No. 2014-47, as amended), BDOI is committed to the following.

We keep this website and the information herein safe and secure through the following measures: an encryption in transit via SSL, a secure database, access controls, and an annual vulnerability scan.

In coordination with our accredited insurance companies, we are committed to provide quality insurance brokerage services from application to after-sales transactions to claims settlement.

 

  1. Transparent Product Information

We only broker insurance companies’ products approved by the IC. In this website, we will provide you with basic information of the products we are brokering, including its key benefits and exclusions. Our accredited insurance companies will provide you with their IC-approved policy contracts, which contain the full information of their products that you purchased.

C.    The IC, with offices in Manila, Cebu and Davao, is the government office in charge of the enforcement of all laws related to insurance and has supervision over insurance companies and intermediaries.
