Follow these steps on the BDO Online app
Step 1
On the login screen, tap Need help logging in?
Step 2
Tap I'd like to reset my password
Step 3
Enter your username and the last four (4) digits of your BDO Debit/Credit Card or Checking/Savings Account, then tap Next
Step 4
Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent your registered mobile number to confirm your account.
Step 5
Set up your new password. It must have at least 8 characters, an upper and lowercase, a number, and a special character (except ' " /), and must not be an old password.
Step 6
Once password reset is successful, you can already use your new password to log in to your BDO Online app.
Reminder
Your new password will reflect on BDO Pay, but will not reflect on Online Banking via web browser (online.bdo.com.ph) and on the BDO Digital Banking app. The password for the old Online Banking website and BDO Digital Banking app is unchanged and maintained separately.
Follow these steps on the BDO Online app
Step 1
When this shows up, tap X at the upper left corner.
Step 2
Tap the bell icon at the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3
Tap the specific transaction notification to view the details or its final status.
Step 4
Tap X to go back to Notifications page. You can also tap Save Image, Share, or Save to Favorite.
Follow these steps on the BDO Digital Banking app
Step 1
On the login screen, tap NEED HELP?
Step 2
Tap Forgot your password? then OK to be redirected to the mobile browser.
Step 3
Enter your User ID then tap Verify
Step 4
Enter the last four (4) digits of your BDO Debit/Credit Card or Checking/Savings Account Number enrolled in Online Banking, then tap Submit
Step 5
Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number to confirm your account, then tap Submit

To unlock your account, reset your password by following the steps below:
BDO Online app and BDO Pay app
The BDO Online app and the BDO Pay app share the same username and password. Password updates on the BDO Online app and on the BDO Pay app will not be reflected on the Digital Banking app and Online Banking website (online.bdo.com.ph).
BDO Online app
- On the login screen, tap Need help logging in? > I’d like to reset my password
- Enter your username and the last 4 digits of your account or card number, then tap Next
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, then tap Next
- Set up your new password
· Must have at least 8 characters
· Must contain a lowercase letter
· Must contain an uppercase letter
· Must contain a number
· Must contain a special character (except ‘ “ \)
· Must not be an old password - Once password reset is successful, you can already use your new password to log in to your BDO Online app
BDO Pay app
- On the log in with username and password screen, tap Need help logging in? > I’d like to reset my password
- Enter your username and the last 4 digits of your account or card number, then tap Next
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, then tap Next
- Set up your new password

· Must contain a lowercase letter
· Must contain an uppercase letter
· Must contain a number

Digital Banking app and Online Banking website (online.bdo.com.ph)
The Digital Banking app and Online Banking website share the username and password. Password updates on the Digital Banking app and Online Banking website will not be reflected on the BDO Online app and BDO Pay app.
Digital Banking app
- On the login screen, tap NEED HELP? > Forgot your password?
- Tap OK to be redirected to the mobile browser
- Enter your User ID, and tap Verify
- Enter the last 4 digits of your BDO Debit Card or Savings/Checking Account Number enrolled in Online Banking, then tap Submit
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, then tap Submit
- Enter and confirm new password, and see the successful password reset message on the screen
Online Banking website (online.bdo.com.ph)
- On the login screen, click Forgot your password?
- Enter your User ID, and click Verify
- Enter the last 4 digits of your BDO Debit Card or Savings/Checking Account Number enrolled in Online Banking, then click Submit
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, then tap Submit
- Enter and confirm new password, and see the successful password reset message on the screen
BDO Digital Banking is the old Online Banking app. This app runs on the same system as the Online Banking website (online.bdo.com.ph)
BDO Online is the NEW Online Banking app that runs on a new system. With an all-new interface and added security features, we highly recommend that those still on the old app make the switch now!
Note: These two apps currently do not share the same password. Resetting your password on the old BDO Digital Banking app, for example, does not automatically reset your password on the new BDO Online app; and vice versa.
BDO Pay is our new digital payments app. It's linked to your BDO accounts. Here, you can use features like Scan to Pay, Split Bill, Send Money, Pay Bills, and more. This app also runs on the new system just like the NEW BDO Online app.
BDO Online Banking refers to the online banking service or account.
BDO Digital Banking is the old Online Banking app.

We recommend keeping both apps for now.
While features such as Send Money, Pay Bills, and Buy Load are already available in the BDO Online app, we are still working on adding more features to the new app. For the complete suite of services, you may continue using the BDO Digital Banking app.
