For added security, update your BDO Online app to the latest version 1.9.0 to continue using the app. Your BDO Online app will automatically update to the latest version if your phone is set to Auto-Update Apps. If not, go to Google Play Store or App Store to update.

BDO Pay App Advisory
Starting July 1, 2023 and until further notice, QR transactions via the BDO Pay app will be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance.

BDO Phone Banking Advisory
Starting May 5, 2023, phone banking services requiring a telephone PIN (TPIN) via the BDO hotline will no longer be available.
