CTPL will pay for expenses resulting from bodily injury or death of a third party in a vehicular accident up to ₱ 100,000 per occurrence.

The following are the requirements to file for Bodily Injury/Death Claim.

Police Report
Driver’s license and Official Receipt
Vehicle Registration Certificate and Official Receipt
Third Party - Bodily Injury:
- Medical Certificate
- Receipts of Medicines & Medical Expenses
- Medical Prescriptions
- Hospital Bills/SOA
- Birth Certificate (if minor)
Death claim documents:
- Death Certificate
- Funeral/Burial Receipts
- Birth Certificate (if minor)
- Marriage Contract (if married)
- Medical or hospital receipts hospitalized and
Affidavit of Desistance or quitclaim (if the payment was advanced by the insured)

Unfortunately, no. The CTPL insurance pays for expenses arising from bodily injury or death to a third party.

  - Major operation - Up to ₱ 7,500

- Anesthesiologist’s Fees

Permanent Disablement (Loss or loss of use of)

- Injuries resulting in being permanently bedridden - ₱ 50,000

- Four fingers and thumb of one hand - ₱ 15,000

- All toes of one foot - ₱ 10,000
- Thumb - ₱ 8,000
- Index finger - ₱ 6,000

- Hearing – both ears - ₱ 30,000
- Hearing – one ear - ₱ 15,000

Other Incidental Expenses. - Pertinent and reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the accident not provided in above items subject to a maximum of ₱ 10,000. The aggregate payment will n ₱ 100,000.
