What is a NoCD?
A Name-on-Central-Depository (NoCD) account is required to invest in certain accounts and investment products with BDO Securities such as
- Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
- Dollar Denominated Securities (DDS)
In order for you to invest in REITs and DDS, you have to authorize BDO Securities Corp. as your stockbroker to create a Name-on-Central Depository (“NoCD”) and give us your consent to collect, process and share your personal information including but not limited to your name, mailing address, date of birth, email address.
How to Create a NoCD Account for Existing Online Trading Customers
To request the creation of a NoCD account, simply send an email to bdosec-customercare@bdo.com.ph using your registered email address with the subject/message:
“I want to create a NoCD account”
Please include your Investor ID in the email.
Note:
- Applications are subject to a cut off time of 12NN.
- All applications received after the cut-off time will be considered for next day's processing.
- NoCD requests are submitted to PDTC, and approval timelines are subject to PDTC’s processing schedule.
