Ang BDO Pay ay ang ating mobile banking app kung saan pwede kang mag-Send Money at Pay Bills. Walang Cash-in dahil ang pondo, galing direkta sa BDO Network Bank account mo.

Sa BDO Pay, may access ka sa BDO Network Bank account mo 24/7. Pwede kang mag-View Balance kahit saan, kahit kailan!

Kaya ang everyday banking mo, mas madali, mas mabilis, mas convenient!

Gamit ang iyong Android, iOS (iPhone®), and Harmony OS devices, pwede mong i-download ang BDO Pay app mula sa App Store, Google Play o App Gallery.

Siguraduhing updated ang iyong OS version (Android 8.0 and up, iOS 15.0 and up or EMUI 8.0) para ma-access ang BDO Pay app.

Kapag naka-sign up ka na sa BDO Pay app, pwede ka nang mag: 

  1. Send Money sa BDO Network Bank o BDO Unibank accounts
  2. Send Money to Other banks or wallets
  3. Pay Bills

Para maka-sign up sa BDO Pay gamit ang iyong BDO Network Bank account, sundan ang mga sumusunod na steps: ​

Step 1. Download the BDO Pay app from Google Play, App Store, or AppGallery.​
Step 2. Tap Sign up, tapos piliin ang BDO Network Bank Checking/Savings Account.​
Step 3. Enter the required details tulad ng Debit Card number or Account number, email address, at mobile number.​
Step 4. Basahin at i-tap ang "I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy Consent." ​
Step 5. Enter your preferred username and password, tapos pindutin ang Submit.​
Step 6. Mag-log in at i-enter ang OTP na ipapadala sa iyong number at mag-nominate ng 6-digit Passcode. ​
Step 7. Piliin ang BDO Network Bank account bilang Default Payment and Default Receiving accounts. ​
Step 8. Tapos na! Maari mo nang gamitin ang BDO Pay para mag Send Money at Pay Bills. ​

Oo, ang mga sumusunod na BDO Network Bank Savings accounts ay pwedeng gamitin to sign up for BDO Pay: 

  • Regular Savings Passbook
  • Kabayan Peso Savings
  • Pinoy Savings
  • Primo Savings

Kahit alin sa mga BDO accounts mo (BDO Unibank Savings or Checking account, BDO Unibank Credit Card, BDO Network Bank Current account or Savings account) ay pwedeng gamitin to sign up for the BDO Pay app. 'Pag naka-sign up ka na, madaling i-add ang iba mong accounts sa “More” menu after login.

Hindi.

Sundin mo lang ang steps na ito to add BDO Network Bank sa BDO Pay:

  1. Mag-log in, tapos tap More, then Manage Bank Profile (under “Account Management”)
  2. Tap Add Bank Profile
  3. Ilagay ang required details to add BDO Network Bank sa BDO Pay app, tapos tap Add
  4. I-enter ang One-Time PIN (OTP) na ipinadala sa iyong registered mobile number

Tapos sundin ang steps na ito to link your BDO Network Bank account:

  1. 'Pag na-add mo na ang BDO Network Bank sa iyong Bank Profile, tap Link Accounts sa success screen, or tap More > Link/Unlink Accounts (under “Account Management”)
  2. Tap on the checkboxes na katabi ng account name ng accounts na gusto mo i-link, then tap Update

'Pag naka-link na, makikita mo na ang BDO Network Bank account/s mo sa account dashboard, at magagamit mo na ang mga ito as source account para sa mga transactions.

Siguraduhin na updated yung email address and mobile number linked to the BDO Network Bank account na ginagamit mo to sign up. Kung nagpalit ka recently ng contact information, please update your records.

Maraming options to Send Money:

Para mag-Send Money to your Own account:

  1. Tap Send Money sa quick links under your deposit account or tap Pay sa ilalim ng screen at pumunta sa Pay & Request menu
  2. Piliin ang Own Account
  3. Piliin ang account kung saan ka magse-Send Money at kung saang account ito manggagaling
  4. Enter the amount na ipapadala
  5. Review the details, then tap Confirm. Tapos, i-confirm ang transaction gamit ang biometrics o Passcode.

Para mag-Send Money to Any BDO Network Bank Account:

  1. Tap Send Money sa quick links under your deposit account or tap Pay sa ilalim ng screen to go to the Pay & Request menu
  2. Choose Any BDO or BDO Network Bank Account
  3. I-enter ang account number ng taong papadalhan, o i-scan or upload ang QR code ng papadalhan, tapos piliin ang BDO Network Bank bilang source account
  4. Enter the amount na ipapadala
  5. Review the details, then tap Confirm. Tapos, i-confirm ang transaction gamit ang biometrics or Passcode.

Para mag-Send Money to Other Banks and Wallets (via InstaPay):

  1. Tap Send Money sa quick links under your deposit account or tap Pay sa ilalim ng screen to go to the Pay & Request menu
  2. Choose Other Bank or Wallet
  3. Piliin ang bank, tapos i-enter ang account number ng taong papadalhan, o i-scan or upload ang QR code ng papadalhan, tapos piliin ang source account
  4. Enter the amount na ipapadala
  5. Review the details, then tap Confirm. Tapos, i-confirm ang transaction gamit ang biometrics or Passcode.

Pagkatapos magpadala, you can tap Favorite sa lower right corner ng success screen para ma-save ang detalye ng pinadalhan. Para sa susunod na padala, pwede mo na itong piliin sa favorites para hindi mo na ipapasok ang mga detalye.

Pwede mag-Send Money sa sarili mong BDO Network Bank accounts, sa ibang BDO Network Bank or BDO Unibank accounts, o sa ibang banks or wallets. 

Note: Para mag-Send money from your BDO Network account to your BDO Unibank account, and vice versa, piliin ang Send Money to Other Bank or Wallet (via InstaPay). May P10 transfer fee for every transaction.

Oo, may transaction fee of PHP 10 kada Send Money to other banks or wallets.

Pwede mag-send up to PHP 50,000 via InstaPay (inclusive of fees). Please refer to the table below para sa karagdagang detalye tungkol sa limits and fees.

Hindi, pwede silang i-save as a Favorite! Sa success screen of your Send Money transaction, simply tap Favorite para ma-save sila as one of your Favorites.

Pwede rin sila i-add manually through these steps:

  1. 'Pag logged in ka na, tap More
  2. Tap Manage Favorites (under "Account Management”), tapos select kung ang papadalhang receiver is another BDO Network Bank account (Send Money to Any BDO Network Bank  Account) or from other bank or wallet (Send Money to Other Bank or Wallet)
  3. Tap Add a Favorite or the plus sign sa upper right of the screen
  4. Fill in the details then tap Save

 

Kung gusto mo mag-update ng Send Money Favorite, follow these steps:

  1. 'Pag logged in ka na, tap More
  2. Tap Manage Favorites (under "Account Management”), tapos piliin kung ang receiver na papadalhan is another BDO Network Bank account (Send Money to Any BDO Network Bank Account) o from other bank or wallet (Send Money to Other Bank or Wallet)
  3. Select your favorite
  4. Tap the pencil icon sa upper right of the screen
  5. Update the details, then tap Save

Kung gusto mo mag-delete ng Send Money Favorite, follow these steps:

  1. 'Pag logged in ka na, tap More
  2. Tap Manage Favorites (under “Account Management”), tapos piliin kung ang receiver na papadalhan is another BDO Network Bank account (Send Money to Any BDO Network Bank Account) o from other bank or wallet (Send Money to Other Bank or Wallet)
  3. Select your favorite
  4. Tap the trash bin icon sa upper right of the screen
  5. Tap OK to confirm deletion

 

Pwede magbayad ng bills by following these easy steps:

  1. Tap Pay Bills from the quick links under your deposit account, or tap Pay at the bottom of the screen to go to the Pay & Request menu then tap Pay Bills
  2. Hanapin ang biller o mamili sa categories
  3. Enter your billing details at ang amount to be paid
  4. Review the details, then tap Confirm. Then, confirm your transaction using your biometrics or Passcode.

Pagkatapos magbayad, you can tap Favorite sa lower right corner of the success screen para ma-save ang biller details. Sa susunod na bayad, just select from your favorite billers para hindi mo na kailangan i-enter ulit ang mga detalye.

Hindi, kasi you can save them as a Favorite! Sa success screen ng Pay Bills transaction, i-tap lang ang Favorite to save them as one of your Favorites.

Pwede mo rin sila i-add manually through these steps:

  1. Pagkatapos mag-log in, tap More
  2. Tap Manage Favorites (under "Account Management”), then Pay Bills
  3. Tap Add a Favorite or the plus sign sa upper right ng screen
  4. Fill in the details then tap Save

 

Wala. Libre ang Pay Bills sa BDO Pay!

Sa BDO Pay, pwede ka magbayad ng bills for utilities, internet, cable, phone, credit cards, insurance, investments, loans, pati tuition!

Oo, pwede mag-Pay Bills sa BDO Pay app kahit lampas na ang due date kung pasok ito sa policies ng billers. Maaari ka ring singilin ng late payment fee. Please double-check with your biller.

Oo, pwede magbayad ng multiple accounts under one biller. At lahat ng accounts ay pwedeng i-save as a Favorite para mapadali ang future payments.

Kung maling amount o detalye ang nailagay, please reach out to the customer service of the biller.

Yes, real-time ang pag-debit for Send Money transactions on the BDO Pay app.

For Pay Bills, real-time din ang pag-debit ng amount from your account, pero ang posting date of payment varies according to the merchant biller.

The BDO Pay app will always ask you to review and confirm a transaction bago ito i-process. Dahil dito, lahat ng transactions sa BDO Pay app ay considered final at hindi na puwedeng i-cancel. Kung may kailangan kang baguhin sa transaction mo, please coordinate directly with your Merchant, Biller, or ibang BDO customers.

Your transaction is still being processed. Makakatanggap ka ng notification na magco-confirm kung successful o unsuccessful ang transaction mo. Para updated ka sa status ng iyong transaction, siguraduhing naka-enable ang Transaction Status notifications sa BDO Pay app.

Maraming bagay ang maaari mong gawin para mapanatiling ligtas at secure ang iyong mga BDO Network Bank account! Narito ang ilang mahahalagang paalala:

  • Huwag kailanman ibahagi ang iyong username, password, at Passcode sa kahit kanino.
  • Huwag ibigay ang iyong Debit Card o Credit Card number at expiry date, CVV, at OTP sa iba.
  • Mag-upload lang ng BDO Pay QRs mula sa mga taong kilala mo.
  • Regular na i-check ang iyong transaction history. Kung may mapansin kang transaksiyong hindi mo kilala, tumawag sa BDO Network Bank Customer Service sa (+63919) 058-5000 o (+6382) 233-7777, mag-email sa customerservice@bdonetworkbank.com.ph. Maaari ka ring bumisita sa BDO Network Bank branch na malapit sa iyo.
  • Kung ginagamit mo ang iyong BDO Pay app para tumanggap ng bayad, huwag basta magtiwala sa screenshots ng transaction receipts. I-check din kung nakarecord ito sa iyong transaction history.

Maaaring i-report ang phishing attempts via email o anumang scam websites o text messages sa reportphish@bdo.com.ph. Siguraduhing i-forward ang buong email at hindi lamang magpadala ng screenshots.
