- Minimum Loan Amount: ₱3,000,000
- Maximum Loan Amount: ₱50,000,000 or 70% of the appraised value of the collateral

- Filipino citizen or foreign nationals (except US-person)​
- Minimum initial investment of ₱5,000,000 or USD 100,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency

Step 2
Submit a copy of the accomplished forms along with one (1) valid government ID to any BDO branch near you.​
Step 3
Wait for a call from your ​Account Officer.
