It provides a lumpsum benefit to the Insured’s designated beneficiary(ies) if the Insured dies as a result of a covered accidental injury, subject to the applicable policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and coverage limits.
If bodily injury from an accident results in permanent total disability of the insured person or named insured within 180 days of the accident, PGA Insurance will pay the indemnity up to the limit specified in the policy schedule.
Beneficiaries of BDO Remit clients ages 18-65 years old.
Insured persons with hazardous undertakings are not covered while performing as such, to name  a few occupations: firemen, stuntmen, acrobats, fishermen, military personnel, politicians, divers, underground workers, steeplejacks, pilot's and ship's crew, seamen, secret agents, outside high rise window cleaning.
No. An insured person cannot be covered under more than one (1) Free PA Coverage policy in a month. If an insured person has multiple policies or duplicate enrollments within the same month, only one (1) coverage limit will be applied.
No. Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
A pre-existing condition is any condition for which the insured sought medical advice, received treatment, consultation, or took prescribed medication. Examples include but are not limited to: cancer, endometriosis, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and other listed illnesses.
No. We do not require medical exams.
Coordinate with BDO Insure or PGA Insurance’s direct marketing team to accomplish and submit claim requirements, along with any additional documents required by our Claims Department.
- Notice of claim must be made within 30 days of the loss.
- Requirements should be submitted within 90 days of the loss.
- Benefits will be released within 30 workings days upon complete submission of requirements
The beneficiary shall be the declared beneficiary(ies) or, if none, the first surviving class of the following:
- Spouse;Â
- Children;Â
- Parents;Â
- Brothers and/or sisters.
- Otherwise, the estate of the insured person:
A.  Accidental Death
- Signed Claim Form;
- Official Police Investigation Report or Accident Report;
- Statement of Witness/es, if any;
- Newspaper clippings (if available);
- Attending Physician's Medical Certificate;
- Original Birth Certificate of the claimant;
- Original or Certified True Copy (CTC) of Death Certificate;
- Autopsy Report, if any;
- Copy of Marriage Contract, if married;
- Original Burial/Funeral Receipts;
- Pictures(if available);
- Copy of remittance slip.
B.  Accidental Disablement/Dismemberment
- Signed Claim Form;
- Official Police Report or Accident Report;
- Statement of the witness, if any;
- Original Doctor's Certification for a disabled/dismembered body part;
- Copy of the results of laboratory and other physical examinations;
- Admitting History and Medical Abstract, if confined;
- Pictures of the disabled/amputated part of the body;
- Copy o f remittance slip;
- Valid Government ID of the insured.
