VFS Global Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo/Selling Period is as follows:

• Manila: June 5 to 7, 2026

• Cebu: June 26 to 28, 2026

2. Travel Date must not exceed the visa expiry date.

3. Earliest Date one can apply:

• Japan: Within 90 days from the date of departure

• Schengen: Within 180 days from departure date

• UK & Australia: Within 90 days from the date of departure

• Türkiye: Within 90 days from the date of departure

4. Promo Offer: Get up to 20% off on the Visa At Your Doorstep Fees of VFS Global to the following countries.

5. The promo is open to the following:

a) All active Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of BDO Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay, and BDO American Express^®

b) All active BDO Debit Mastercard and Visa Cardholders

Note: Completion of the Visa Application Schedule Form is required and must be acknowledged by VFS Global.

6. Promo can be availed on-ground at the following:

• Manila: June 5 to 7, 2026 at SMX Convention Center Aura, SM Aura Premier (10am to 8pm)

• Cebu: June 26 to 28, 2026 at North Wing Atrium, SM City Cebu (10am to 9pm)

Notes:

• Only qualified BDO cardholders with accomplished Visa Application Schedule Form and acknowledgement from VFS Global will be accommodated.

• Processing time and decision-making is at the discretion of the respective Embassies which may vary from country to country.

• No refund of any fees regardless of the outcome of the visa decision.

• Make sure you have the complete documents when you apply. For the complete list of requirements refer to this link.
