Simply tap your card against the contactless logo at the turnstile. No registration or enrollment needed.
Please remember to use one card at both your entry and exit stations to ensure accurate fare calculation.
Ensure that your card has sufficient balance and in active and good status. If your card is not accepted, kindly proceed to the ticketing window to re-attempt the transaction.
No, you cannot tap a single physical card multiple times on turnstiles or readers to pay for multiple people at a time. The transit system uses each tap to track individual journeys and calculate fares, so every passenger is required to have their own card.
You can track your daily fares via BDO Online or BDO Pay app. Kindly note that instead of charging you for every individual ride, all of your trips throughout the day will be consolidated into a single charge at the end of the day.
For the breakdown of your fares, you can visit the Passenger Assistance Office at any station and speak with an LRTA personnel.
You are allowed to stay inside the train network not more than 120 minutes to avoid a ₱15.00 overstaying fee.
Immediately report your card as lost so it can be blocked.
Please approach an LRTA personnel and they will assist you through the service gate. If you can remember your card number, please provide to the station staff so they can verify your entry and record your exit. Your card will be charged the maximum fare but expect an adjustment within 3 banking days.
