As we find ways to help you conveniently access your BDO Credit Card Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA), effective June 15, 2025, your default password will be updated using the format below:
 
FROM: Your date of birth following the format of ddMmmyyyy (ex. 08Jan1985)
TO: Your date of birth following the format of Mmmddyyyy (ex. Jan081985)
 
Never share your password or disclose your credit card information.
