The Mastercard Travel Pass provided by DragonPass (“Benefit”) is exclusive to all active Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of BDO World Elite Mastercard (“Qualified Card”).

The Benefit gives Qualified Cardholders 10 entitlements which can be used on the following airport benefits until December 31 of every year:

  • Lounge access: Up to four (4) entitlements may be shared to guests
  • Dining: Set meals at participating airport restaurants (for Cardholder use only)

Any usage beyond the 10 entitlements will be charged at $32 per person, per visit.

Cardholders also enjoy exclusive discounts at participating airport restaurants and fast track passes (cost c/o the Cardholder).

  1. Visit the Mastercard Travel Pass website or download the mobile app via Google Play or App Store. 

  2. Fill out the following required information: 
    • Qualified Card details
      Cardholder’s name
      Card number
      Card security number
      Card expiry date
      Country of Card issuance

    • Personal details 
      First Name
      Surname
      Email

    • Create account and set password 
       
  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions. 
    Cardholders will be directed to a confirmation page containing his/her membership details. Cardholders will also receive a welcome email containing contents or features available, membership details and e-Certificate for non-digital access.

 
To avail airport benefits, Cardholders must:
  • Lounge: Present his/her DragonPass ID via the Mastercard Travel Pass mobile app or website to the lounge staff.
  • Dining (Set meal): Choose from the list of participating restaurants on the MTP mobile app or website, click ‘Redeem Offer’ and present QR code to the staff.
     
 
  1. The Cardholder acknowledges that the Benefit is provided by Mastercard through DragonPass and agrees to its Conditions of Use found on the website and mobile app. 

  2. The Cardholder agrees that BDO is neither responsible for nor guarantees the availability of lounges, airport restaurants or fast track security lanes.

  3. BDO, Mastercard and DragonPass reserve the right to withdraw or amend the benefits including the number of entitlements, Terms and Conditions or Conditions of Use at any time for whatever reason it may deem proper and shall be binding upon the Cardholder. Cardholder shall be notified thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of amendments through publication or other means of communication, electronic or otherwise. BDO’s decision on all matters relating to the benefits, Terms and Conditions or Conditions of Use will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding. 

  4. The Benefit is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. Only lounge access can be shared with guests. Dining benefit is for Cardholder’s use only.

  5. Any use beyond the entitlement will be billed to the Cardholder’s Qualified Card.

  6. The Cardholder is solely responsible for the security of the DragonPass ID (DPID). Any use of the DPID shall be deemed valid and binding, and will be considered as the Cardholder having accessed any of the benefits. Accordingly, the Cardholder shall be responsible for any fees incurred (if applicable).

  7. For any queries, concerns, requests for assistance, dispute and the like, the Cardholder can reach out to the BDO-dedicated Concierge for WEM Cardholders at (632) 8840-7777. Please note that in case of dispute, it must be notified to BDO within 60 days from the date of visit.
     

  1. What benefits can I avail under the Mastercard Travel Pass provided by DragonPass?
    The Mastercard Travel Pass (MTP) provided by DragonPass gives Qualified Cardholders access to:
    • Over 1,400 lounges globally
    • (NEW) Special set meals at select airport restaurants (availability varies per location; for Cardholder only)
    • Discounts at select airport restaurants
    • Fast track passes to skip the queue at select airport security lanes (availability and cost vary per location)icated Concierge for WEM Cardholders at (632) 8840-7777. Please note that in case of dispute, it must be notified to BDO within 60 days from the date of visit.
       
  2. Who are qualified for the Mastercard Travel Pass lounge benefit program? 
    The benefit is available to Principal and Supplementary Cardholders of BDO World Elite Mastercard whose accounts are active and current (i.e. no past due in both Peso and Dollar Accounts). Enrollment is required to avail.

  3. How do I enroll my Card to avail of the benefits under MTP? 
    Visit https://mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com or download the MTP mobile app via Google Play or App Store and provide the required information to enroll.

  4. I have a Supplementary Card. Do we need to enroll separately? 
    Yes, enrollment is on a per Card basis. Principal and Supplementary Cards need to enroll separately.

  5. What is the validity of my entitlements?
    The 10 entitlements are valid until December 31st of every year and refreshes every 1st of January. Unused entitlements are forfeited, non-transferable and cannot be carried over to the following year. 
     

How long is my DragonPass Membership valid for? 
Membership is valid as long as your Card remains active.

In case of card replacement or renewal, you must update your account and provide the new Qualified Card number to ensure uninterrupted access.
 

  1. Do I just present my Card to access any airport lounge?
    Registration to MTP is required prior use of any lounge. Unfortunately, showing your Qualified Card will not grant you access. You must present your DragonPass ID via MTP mobile app or website or e-certificate (sent via email after registration).

  2. How many complimentary lounge visits am I entitled to?
    You are provided with 10 entitlements per calendar year which you can use to avail lounge access or set meals at airport restaurants. 

    For lounge access, up to four (4) may be shared with guest/s. Depending on the lounge, you may share with one (1) guest per visit at any given time.
    For dining (set meal), only Cardholders can use his/her entitlements.

  3. Is there a Lounge Usage Fee?  
    Lounge Usage Fee is shouldered by BDO, as long as you're within your entitlement.Upon depletion of the 10 complimentary entitlements, a fee of $32 per person, per visit will apply to be charged to your Qualified Card.

  4. Can I pre-book an airport lounge?
    Yes, MTP has a feature that enables Cardholders to pre-book select airport lounges. Participating lounges will have a "Pre-booking available" tag. Availability varies per location.

    A $6 booking fee per person will be charged to your Qualified Card on top of the lounge visit fee (if applicable).        

  1. How many complimentary Dining Credits am I entitled to?
    You are provided with 10 entitlements per calendar year, shared between set meals at participating airport restaurants OR for lounge access.
    Set meals are exclusive to the Cardholder only and may not be shared to guest/s.

  2. Do I just present my Card to avail set meals at airport restaurants?
    Registration to Mastercard Travel Pass is required prior availment of entitlement. You must present your DragonPass ID via the MTP mobile app or website or e-certificate (sent via email after registration).

  3. I have exhausted my complimentary entitlements. Are there other dining offers I can avail?
    Yes, some airport restaurants offer outright discounts upon presentation of your DPID via MTP mobile app or website. Cost of discounted meal is charged to your Qualified Card at point-of-purchase.

  4. Where can I see the list of participating airport restaurants?
    List of participating airport restaurants can be viewed via the MTP mobile app or website.
     

 
  1. What is a Fast Track pass?
    A Fast Track pass allows you to book access to an airport’s security fast track lane, allowing you to skip long queues and maximize your time to relax before your flight. 

    Availability and cost vary per location. Prior reservation is highly encouraged.

  2. How do I purchase a Fast Track pass?
    • Log in to your MTP account.
    • Select the airport terminal where fast track pass is available.
    • Fill out the required details.

      Booking details:
      Visit date
      Visit time
      Number of passengers

      Passenger Information:
      First Name
      Last Name
      Contact Number
      Email Address

    • Confirm details and click continue.
    • Accept the Terms and Conditions. Payment will be processed using your Qualified Card.
    • Upon successful payment, an e-ticket will be issued which can be viewed via the MTP mobile app or website. A copy will also be sent to your email address.
    • Present your e-Ticket at the airport fast track lane to access.
       

  1. What should I do if my Card is replaced or renewed?
    You must immediately update your account via the MTP mobile app or website by providing new details (Card number, expiry date and CVV) to ensure uninterrupted access.

  2. What happens if my Card gets cancelled? 
    Entitlements are linked to the Card. Upon cancellation of the Card, entitlements get automatically cancelled.
