The Program is open to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Cardholder”) of BDO Platinum Mastercard (“Qualified Card”).
- Visit the Priority Pass – BDO Elite Mastercard website.
- Enter invitation code BDOELITEMC to start the process.

- Authenticate your Qualified Card. A one-time card verification page will appear and you must input the one-time PIN (OTP) or code sent to your mobile number. Please do not share your OTP to anyone.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions. You will be directed to a confirmation page detailing your membership details, including your Digital Membership Card (DMC).
- Access the DMC via the Priority Pass website or mobile app. For the first log-in, a confirmation message will appear stating that your Qualified Card can now be used to access participating Priority Pass airport lounges worldwide.
Yes, enrollment is on a per Card basis. Both Principal and Supplementary Cards need to be enrolled separately.
Card verification is required for a smoother lounge access experience.
Starting June 23, 2026, all enrollments to Priority Pass, new or with existing Priority Pass Membership, must verify their billing information and card details.
Cardholder should do the following:
Access Membership profile through any of the following Priority Pass channels:

via App: Review and edit details by toggling to the Account tab > Profile > View Account and Billing details.
On the Billing Details portion, review and enter the updated billing information. Follow the next steps to complete the one-time card verification process.
Note: A USD 0.00 amount will be reflected on the OTP SMS notification sent by BDO OTP and Transaction SMS notification sent by BDO Alert to verify that your BDO Platinum Mastercard is active and current (not past due).
Yes, it is necessary to complete a one-time card verification in your account for a smoother lounge access even when there are no changes in your payment card details. Simply go to the billing details portion of your Priority Pass account, click the edit button and complete your card verification.
• If you are a first-time user, you will not be able to create a Priority Pass Membership.
• If you are an existing member, you will not be able to access lounges using your existing Digital Membership Card.
Once at the lounge, the Priority Pass Lounge Concierge will ask you step aside from the lounge queue so you can update your billing information and card payment details in your existing Membership Account. Once done, your Digital Membership Card will be scanned again before accessing the lounge.
Select cardholders are given complimentary airport lounge visits that can used in over 1,800+ airport lounges worldwide. To know if you are qualified, check the notification of eligibility from BDO via Viber/SMS/eDM communication.
If you are not qualified, lounge visits are charged to your card at USD 32 per person, per visit.
Membership is valid for one year. If Priority Pass enrollment is June 6, 2026, membership will be valid until June 5, 2027, provided that the BDO Platinum Mastercard linked to your membership account remains active.
Your membership is automatically renewed if your BDO Platinum Mastercard is active and you have one (1) lounge usage during your membership year, provided that the program remains in effect.
You may continue using your Digital Membership Card (found in the Priority Pass website or mobile app) to enjoy access to Priority Pass lounges worldwide.
Please re-enroll your active Card to Priority Pass using a new username and a valid email address.
Ensure to manually type in all details as auto-fill may link back the registration to your expired credentials. After completing the one-time card verification, you will receive a new Digital Membership Card with a new validity date.
To ensure uninterrupted access to the lounge benefits, you may opt to do the following:
- If your Priority Pass Membership is still valid, update your existing account as soon as you activate your replacement/renewal Card. Report to BDO Contact Center for errors encountered during updating of card details.
- If your Priority Pass Membership is expired, enroll your activated replacement/renewal Card to Priority Pass using a new username and a valid email address. Ensure to manually type in all details as auto-fill may link back the registration to your expired credentials. After completing the one-time card verification, you will receive a new Digital Membership Card with a new validity date.
Please note that in updating your account, ensure to complete the one-time card verification process.
*Priority Pass Membership is for valid and active Qualified Card only. If your Card is cancelled (without replacement/renewal), then you cannot enroll or renew your membership.
The Program is available to select Principal and Supplementary Cardholders of BDO Platinum Mastercard who qualified based on the eligibility requirements:
- Existing Platinum Mastercard Cardholders whose cards are active (not expired or cancelled) and in good credit standing (account is current, not past due) at the time of extract.
- Must have reached a minimum cumulative spend anywhere of P350,000 in the previous year (full year 2025).
Principal Cardholder is treated separately from his/her Supplementary Cardholder. If the Supplementary Cardholder received his/her own notification, then he/she has qualified as well.
The two (2) complimentary lounge visits are exclusive to select Platinum Mastercard Cardholders who satisfy the eligibility requirement as stated in the Program Terms and Conditions.

Complimentary lounge visits are valid until December 31, 2026. Any unused visits are non-transferable, nonconvertible to cash and cannot be carried over to the following year.

The Cardholder must visit a participating Priority Pass Lounge and inform the lounge concierge that lounge access is under Priority Pass. To view the list of the participating airport lounges, visit the Priority Pass website.
a. The Cardholder may access the airport lounge by presenting the following:
• Digital Membership Card (found in the Priority Pass website/mobile app)
• BDO Platinum Mastercard
• Boarding Pass
• Passport
b. Lounge Concierge will scan the DMC and boarding pass.
c. The Cardholder reviews and confirms details of their lounge visit before proceeding. For records purposes, the Lounge Concierge may ask the Cardholder to sign a Record of Visit voucher.
d. Once successfully verified, Cardholder may enter the lounge and enjoy the visit.
A USD 0.00 amount will be reflected on the Transaction SMS notification sent by BDO Alert and Lounge POS terminal to verify that your BDO Platinum Mastercard is active and current (not past due).
Lounge visit fees, as applicable, will be charged by BDO to the Cardholder based on the following:
• For Cardholders qualified for free lounge visits: Any visits in excess of the two (2) free visits will be charged US$32/pax/visit to the Cardholder’s card.
• For Cardholders not qualified for free lounge visits: All lounge visits will be charged at US$32/pax/visit to the Cardholder’s card.
Once at the lounge, the Priority Pass Lounge Concierge will ask you step aside from the lounge queue so you can update your billing information and card payment details in your existing Membership Account. Once done, your Digital Membership Card will be scanned again before accessing the lounge.
Ensure you have reviewed and confirmed the Billing Details of your BDO Platinum Mastercard in your Priority Pass account. The DMC will only work if it is linked to an active Card.
a. If your Card is still inactive, please activate it through any of the following channels:
• Via BDO Pay: Log in > Select inactive card from the dashboard > Tap Activate Card
• Via BDO Website: Visit bdo.com.ph/card-activation or scan the QR code in the card sticker
• Via SMS: Text ACTIVATE<space>first/middle/last name/last 4 digits of the card to 225678.
b. If your Card is expired, you must update your Billing Details in your account with your active renewal/replacement Card.
No. Authentication of the Qualified Card requires a one-time card verification via the one-time PIN (OTP)* that will be sent to your registered mobile number (ensure that your registered mobile number is correct and up-to-date to receive the OTP).
If you don’t have your mobile phone during your lounge visit, then you won’t be able to receive the OTP and verify your account to proceed with lounge access.
*Please do not share your OTP with anyone.
To receive the one-time PIN (OTP), ensure that your registered mobile number is correct and up-to-date. Kindly reach out to BDO Contact Center for any updates in your mobile number.
Please ensure that you have turned on active roaming on your phone when you are overseas to receive the OTP.
If you are qualified to two complimentary visits for 2026, you will receive a notification of eligibility from BDO through Viber/SMS/eDM communication.
A regular lounge visit fee of USD32 per person, per visit will be charged to those:
• who are not eligible to the Complimentary lounge visits
• who exceeded the two (2) complimentary lounge visits for the year
This will be reflected as “PRIORITY PASS LOUNGE VISIT DATE DDMMMYY” on your BDO Platinum Mastercard Statement of Account within two (2) to three (3) months after the lounge visit.
No. You must enroll for a Priority Pass account using your BDO Platinum Mastercard.

Yes. The complimentary lounge visit can be shared by the Member with a guest. However, this is non-transferable which means the Member must always be present when availing the lounge with the companion. Visits done with a guest are accounted for and are deducted from your entitlements.
You can determine your remaining lounge entitlements by monitoring the number of your past lounge visits. To check, go to “Visit History” for details like visit date and airport lounge location.

- The BDO Platinum Mastercard Complimentary Priority Pass Membership is open to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Cardholder”) of BDO Platinum Mastercard (“Qualified Card”).
- This benefit entitles BDO Platinum Mastercard Cardholders to a complimentary Priority Pass Membership, granting access to Priority Pass lounges worldwide. Lounge visits, however, will be charged to the Cardholder at USD 32 per person, per visit.
- All active BDO Platinum Mastercard Cardholders are entitled to a complimentary Priority Pass Membership.
- Cardholder must enroll to enjoy the Complimentary Priority Pass Membership by following the steps below:
- Visit the Priority Pass – BDO Elite Mastercard website. Principal and Supplementary Cardholders must enroll separately.
- Input the invitation code BDOELITEMC, then click JOIN NOW.
- Provide the required details and complete the next steps indicated in the enrollment page:
- Provide Personal details
- Create a Priority Pass Account
- Input and complete a one-time verification of Qualified Card details
If you are enrolled before June 23, 2026, please complete these steps:
- Log in to Priority Pass
- Go to Account > View Account and Billing details > Click Edit and input your details
- Complete a one-time card verification in your Priority Pass account* using your BDO Platinum Mastercard before lounge visit.

- Accept the Priority Pass Terms and Conditions. Once done, Cardholder will be directed to a confirmation page detailing the membership details, including the Cardholder’s Digital Membership Card (“DMC”).
- Cardholder can access the “DMC” via the Priority Pass website or mobile app. For the first log-in, a confirmation message will appear stating that Cardholder can already access Priority Pass airport lounges.
- Membership is valid for one (1) year from enrollment date (e.g., If Priority Pass enrollment is June 6, 2026, membership will be valid until June 5, 2027), provided that the BDO Platinum Mastercard linked to the membership account remains active. Upon termination of the program, all associated Priority Pass memberships shall likewise be terminated, regardless of remaining validity period of membership.
- Membership will be automatically renewed if the BDO Platinum Mastercard remains active and Cardholder has at least one (1) Priority Pass lounge usage within the membership year, provided that the program remains in effect. The Cardholder shall be responsible for monitoring any changes that may affect their membership renewal.
- The Qualified Cardholder acknowledges that the lounge access is provided by Priority Pass and agrees to its Conditions of Use found on the website and mobile app.
- Select BDO Platinum Mastercard Cardholders who qualified based on the eligibility requirements indicated on item 3 below and who received the notification of eligibility from BDO through Viber/SMS/eDM communication* are entitled to two (2) complimentary lounge visits.
All BDO Platinum Mastercard Cardholders with PHP 350,000 spend for full year 2025 are entitled to two (2) lounge visits.
*Cardholders must ensure that their registered mobile number with BDO is updated and accurate. Complimentary lounge visit notifications will be sent to the registered number of the Cardholder with the bank. BDO will not be responsible for non-receipt of Viber/SMS notification due to incorrect or outdated contact details. Cardholder may call the BDO Customer Contact Center at (02) 8888-0000 to check eligibility.
- The complimentary lounge visit is valid for use from January 1 to December 31, 2026.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Existing BDO Platinum Mastercard Cardholders whose cards are active (not expired or cancelled) and in good credit standing (account is current, not past due) at the time of extract of eligible cardholders.
- Must have reached a minimum cumulative spend anywhere of PHP 350,000 in the previous year (full year 2025) (“Spend Requirement”).
- Purchases made by the Principal and Supplementary Cardholders cannot be combined to meet the Spend Requirement. Each Cardholder qualifies individually.
- For Cardholders enrolled in Dual Currency, transactions made in US Dollar or other currencies are converted to Philippine Peso using BDO’s standard exchange rate applied at the time of eligibility evaluation.
- Qualified purchases from replacement or renewal cards are combined for spend evaluation.
- Accounts with dual currency features must be current in all currencies. Delinquency in any currency will render the Cardholder ineligible for the complimentary lounge visit benefit.
- The complimentary lounge visit benefit for a given year is based on the total qualified spend in the immediately preceding calendar year.
- The complimentary lounge visit can be shared with a guest.
- BDO will notify eligible Cardholders beginning February 2026.
- Eligibility for the program cannot be manually adjusted or overridden. Requests to include an account in the list of pre-selected cardholders will not be accommodated.
- It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to monitor his/her lounge visits. Once the free complimentary lounge visit benefit has been consumed, the Cardholder/s may continue to access the airport lounge with a corresponding regular lounge visit fee* of USD 32 per person, per visit, which will be charged to the BDO Platinum Mastercard Credit Card account within two (2) to three (3) months after the date of the lounge visit. Transaction description to reflect on the Statement of Account will be: PRIORITY PASS LOUNGE VISIT DATE DDMMMYY
*Lounge Fees are subject to change in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the lounge provider and Mastercard.
- BDO reserves the right to, and if warranted, charge the cost of the lounge visit/s to the Cardholder if the qualifying transaction/s are reversed or cancelled on a later date.
- The complimentary lounge visit is non-convertible to cash.
- The number of complimentary lounge visits is not cumulative. All unused complimentary lounge visit per card, per year will be forfeited upon the end of the calendar year.
- BDO has the sole discretion to determine the number of complimentary lounge visits to be awarded to Cardholders of the Qualified Card and any communication regarding complimentary lounge visit shall be from BDO.

- The Cardholder must visit a participating Priority Pass Lounge and inform the lounge concierge that lounge access is under Priority Pass. To view the list of the participating airport lounges, visit the Priority Pass – BDO Elite Mastercard website.
- The Cardholder may access the airport lounge by presenting the following:

- In the event an inactive, expired or cancelled card was used to successfully enter the lounge, BDO reserves the right to charge the corresponding lounge fee to the Cardholder, regardless of lounge validation procedures.
- The Cardholder is solely responsible for the security of the Digital Membership Card (DMC). Any use of the DMC shall be deemed valid and binding, and will be considered as the Cardholder having accessed the lounge. Accordingly, the Cardholder shall be responsible for any applicable lounge fees incurred.
- All applicable fees shall be reflected in the Monthly Billing Statement within two (2) to three (3) months after the lounge visit.
- A participating airport lounge may deny access to Cardholders due to non-presentment of the items indicated above, space constraints, improper attire, disorderly conduct and other reasons as the participating airport lounge may deem appropriate.
- Cardholders and their companion/s must abide by the house rules and regulations of all participating airport lounges.
- The lounge allows the Cardholder to use all available facilities which may vary per lounge.
- Participating airport lounge details, such as location, operating hours, facilities, etc. may change at any time without prior notice.
- All participating airport lounges are not owned or operated by BDO. BDO cannot guarantee that any privileges, benefits or facilities under the BDO Platinum Mastercard Airport Lounge Program will be made available by the participating airport lounge to Cardholders and their companions. BDO will not be liable for the insufficiency of any of the advertised benefits and facilities under the Airport Lounge Program.
- BDO will not be held liable to the Cardholder for any direct or indirect loss in the event of any airport lounge closing or ceasing to participate in Priority Pass at any time. Please visit the Priority Pass website for further details and updates on their facilities.
- BDO shall not be held liable to the Cardholder or his/her companions for any loss or injury suffered by them while inside any of the participating airport lounges.
- BDO shall not be held liable, and Cardholder shall hold BDO free and harmless, from any claims arising from Cardholder’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions and arising from or in connection with his/her availment of the Lounge access.
- Fraud and abuse relating to the use and availment of the complimentary airport lounge access benefit, as reasonably determined by BDO, may result in forfeiture of the Cardholder's eligibility for the BDO Platinum Mastercard Airport Lounge Program.
- The BDO Platinum Mastercard Airport Lounge Program benefit is non-transferable.
- The BDO Platinum Mastercard Airport Lounge Program may be changed or withdrawn by BDO at anytime for whatever reason it may deem proper and shall be binding upon the Cardholder. Cardholder shall be notified thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of amendments through publication or other means of communication, electronic or otherwise. Cardholder may opt to cancel the Card if he/she is not amenable with the amendments to the terms or conditions of the Airport Lounge Program or if the Cardholder has any other claims about the amendments, including not having been informed of the amendments.
- By participating in this BDO Platinum Airport Lounge Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Program is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit Cards.
