Important Reminders

The Dual Currency Billing is an exclusive feature available to select BDO Credit Cards:

        • BDO World Elite™ Mastercard®
        • BDO Visa Signature
        • BDO Platinum Mastercard™
        • BDO Visa Platinum
        • American Express® Platinum Credit Card
        • BDO Diamond UnionPay
        • BDO Diners Club Premiere

This feature is optional. To avail or opt out, fill out and submit the Dual Currency Form.

Once your request for dual currency billing is approved, please note the following:

    • Local purchases are billed in Philippine Peso and posted to your Peso Account.
    • International purchases charged in PHP will be posted to your Peso Account. Purchases charged in other currencies, including USD, will be posted to your USD Account.
    • Your total credit limit stays the same. The Dollar credit limit is simply the USD equivalent of your Peso limit.
    • You will receive separate Peso and Dollar Statement of Accounts. Your Dollar Statement of Account uses the same statement cut-off date as the Peso Statement.

When paying for your dual currency credit card bill, please note the following:

    • Local transactions will be reflected in the Peso Statement of Account and must be paid using Philippine Peso.
    • International transactions will be reflected in the Dollar Statement of Account     and must be paid either thru the exact amount in USD, or PHP equivalent (based on the exchange rate at payment date).

For credit cards enrolled in Dual Currency Billing, eligible international transactions will also earn rewards based on the cardholder’s BDO Credit Card. See table here for rewards earned per eligible international transactions.
