Frequently Asked Questions

The promo is open to all BDO JCB Cardholders.

Qualified cardholders can earn:

• 10% rebate on eligible spend in Japan
• 5% rebate on eligible spend in countries other than Japan
 
The maximum rebate that can be earned per qualified card is ₱5,000.

None. If you are accumulating transactions to reach the ₱50,000 spend requirement, there is no minimum spend required per transaction.
 

No. Principal and Supplementary Cardholders must qualify separately. Their transactions cannot be combined to meet the minimum spend requirement.

Qualified rebates will be credited on or before January 11, 2027. The rebate will appear in the Principal Cardholder's account with the description "JCB OVERSEAS REBATE 2026."

Qualified cardholders who earn the rebate will receive a notification from BDO via Viber or SMS on or before January 13, 2027.
