Customer advisory on unauthorized transactions

BDO is aware of reports of scams involving unauthorized transactions affecting some of our clients.

We are working closely with those affected to resolve their concerns, while continuing to strengthen measures that help keep our systems safe and secure. Your security remains our priority.

Fraudsters often use social engineering tactics—such as fake links, calls, or messages—to trick people into giving away confidential information. There are also cases of familial fraud, where someone known to the client misuses personal details to access accounts.

To help protect your accounts:

• Avoid clicking on links

• Refrain from sharing personal information

• Never share OTPs
