How do I update my e-mail address and mobile number?

A: To update your e-mail address and mobile number, simply follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to BDO Online Banking at online.bdo.com.ph, go to “Profile Settings” > “Customer Information” > “Update Customer Information”. 
  2. You can choose to update your mobile number or e-mail address by ticking the button. Type in your new contact information and click “Submit”. Note that you may only update one contact detail at a time. Once this has been successfully updated, you may proceed to update your other contact information. 
  3. Click "OK” to confirm the update of your contact information. 
  4. An acknowledgement page will appear with the details of your ATM activation code. 
  5. For your security, please activate your contact information update at any BDO ATM nationwide. After inserting your card, go to “Other Services” then select “Activate Electronic Banking” 
  6. Enter your ATM activation code and then enter your PIN. Your contact information update will take effect within 1 banking day.*
    *Note: For contact information update activated on a weekend, please wait until Tuesday of the following week for the update to take effect.
