Mastercard 3D Secure Authentication (3DS) is an additional layer of security to verify online transactions.

As a BDO Platinum Mastercard Cardholder, you are automatically enrolled in this facility to protect you from being scammed, making online shopping safer and more secure!

•  To protect you from unauthorized card usage, a One-Time PIN (OTP) via SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.
•  OTP protects you from online fraud as it verifies and confirms that an online purchase is indeed being transacted by you, the Cardholder.

Please ensure that your mobile number registered with BDO is updated and active to guarantee receipt of OTP. See steps here.
