ATM Fees
ATM withdrawals and balance inquiries remain free-of-charge for BDO customers in over 4,000 BDO ATMs nationwide.
The banking industry has started to implement the Acquirer-Based Fee Charging (ABFC) model, which is a market-based pricing standard required by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
It mainly promotes transparency by showing cardholders how much a bank charges them with every use of its ATM if they are non-customers.
This new fee-charging scheme will not affect BDO depositors or cardholders when transacting through BDO ATMs. BDO customers will continue to enjoy ATM withdrawal and balance inquiry services for free from over 4,400 BDO and BDO Network Bank ATMs that are strategically located all over the country and accessible 24/7.
