Release of Collateral

Release of Collateral

Once you received a notification that your documents are ready for release, simply set an appointment by clicking on the ONLINE SCHEDULER.

Set your preferred date and time of claim from Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (except Holidays).

Choose the BDO Office / Pick Up Locations depending on your mailing address on record.

If mailing address on record is within: 
Caloocan, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas, Quezon City,
Marikina, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Rizal

If mailing address on record is within:
Manila, Makati, Pasay, Pateros, Taguig, Paranaque,
Las Pinas, Muntinlupa

For Two (2) or more borrowers / mortgagors

For Corporation

Email or fax a copy of valid IDs (with 3 specimen signatures) of the Claimant/s (Borrower/s / Registered Owner/s and/or Authorized Representative) for advance validation. Original copies to be presented upon claiming of the collateral documents.
