What should I do if I forget my username and password?

To retrieve forgotten username, just follow these steps:
- Download the BDO Online app from Google Play Store or App Store
- On the login page, tap Need help logging in?, then tap I’d like to get my username
- Enter the registered email address
- The retrieved username will be sent via email.
To reset your BDO Online app password, just follow these steps:
- On the login page, tap Need help logging in?, then tap I’d like to reset my password
- Enter your username and the last four (4) digits of your account or card number, then tap Next
- Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number to confirm your account, then tap Next
- Set up your new password

Once password reset is successful, you can already use your new password to log in to your BDO Online app*
*Password reset made in the new BDO Online app will not reflect in the old BDO Digital Banking app and Online Banking website
To reset your BDO Digital Banking app and/or Online Banking website password, just follow these steps:
- Go to online.bdo.com.ph
- On the login page, click Forgot your password?
- Enter your user ID, and click Verify
- Enter the last 4 digits of your BDO Debit Card or Savings/Checking Account Number enrolled in Online Banking, then click Submit
- Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number to confirm your account, then click Submit

Enter and confirm the new password, and see the successful password reset message on the screen
*Password reset made in the old BDO Digital Banking app and Online Banking website will not reflect in the new BDO Online app
