How to claim the free checked baggage
- Zipair will send the baggage voucher to the passenger's email within 5 business days after the ticket purchase. Â
- In case the passenger hasn’t received the voucher via email, kindly send a follow up email to contact.en@zipair.net and indicate the booking reference or ticket number. Â
