Application Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be 21 years old at time of application but not more than 70 years old upon card expiry
  • Must be a Filipino citizen or a foreigner who is a permanent resident in the Philippines for the last two (2) years
  • Minimum Gross Fixed Income Requirement:
    • P260,000 for Employed/Salaried
    • P400,000 for Self-Employed/Professional
  • Must be a regular employee or self-employed with business operating for at least two (2) years
  • Must have a mobile phone and at least one (1) landline phone at either residence or office
  • Residence or office must be within any area where a BDO branch is located
Document Requirements
A. Proof of Identification
Any one of the following valid photo-bearing identification document (front and back):
  • Company ID, if company is SEC, IC or BSP supervised /registered
  • Passport
  • Driver’s License
  • SSS ID (photo-bearing plastic card type with scanned signature)
  • TIN Card (photo-bearing plastic card type)
  • PhilHealth Card
  • PRC ID
  • Voter’s ID
  • All other IDs issued by the Philippine government and its instrumentalities
Any one (1) of the following valid documents:
  • Valid VISA and work permit
  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Immigrant Certificate of Registration (ICR) or ACR-I
  • Valid passport with any of the following:
    • Special Investors Resident VISA
    • Special Non-Immigrant VISA for PEZA investors and employees
    • VISA with EO226

B. Proof of Income
Employed Applicants
  • Photocopy of the latest Income Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped as received by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) or BIR Form 2316 signed by employer’s authorized representative (MANDATORY)
PLUS any of the following:
  • Latest full-month’s payslip/s
  • Original Certificate of Employment indicating status, service tenure, and compensation breakdown
Self-employed Applicants
  • Photocopy of the latest Income Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped as received by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Audited Financial Statements for at least two (2) years (MANDATORY)
  • Photocopy of registration of Business Name (MANDATORY):
    • Single Proprietorship: DTI Registration
    • Partnership / Corporation: SEC Registration
  • Last three (3) months’ bank statements (OPTIONAL)
*Effective Interest Rate (EIR) for Cash Advance will vary depending on the amount of transaction made within the statement cycle. If you don't pay the full amount, it will incur additional charges on the next cycle date.

Get cash when you need it using your BDO Installment Card. Simply follow the steps enumerated below.
Step 1. Type "INST" and send to 225678 for Globe/Smart/Sun/TM
Step 2. Choose #3 - Cash Availment and reply with your:

Step 3. Expect a call from BDO within 24 hours from Monday - Friday (except holidays), 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, to complete your request.
B. Cash Availment Hotline
Call (02) 8688-1212 to request for cash availment.
C. Branch
Step 1. Go to any BDO branch.
Step 2. Present card and two (2) government-issued IDs.
Step 3. Fill out the Cash Availment Form available in the branch. Indicate cash amount and payment term, and sign.

Important Reminders:
  1. The minimum amount for cash availment request is P10,000.
  2. Starting January 1, 2021, an Installment Availment Fee of P200 for each cash availment transaction will be billed and reflected in your Statement of Account. This is non-refundable and will be payable even if Cardholder decides to pay the entire remaining cash availment balance before the end of the payment term.
  3. Multiple cash availment requests in one (1) day are allowed for as long as available credit limit is sufficient.
  4. For a single cash availment request done through the branch amounting to P200,000 and above, and for cash availment requests done through SMS or the website, funds will be credited to Cardholder's bank account. Cardholder must have an existing BDO savings/checking account. If none, Cardholder must open one to proceed with the cash availment request.
