Loan Information

 
  • With at least P50K gross monthly family income from:​
    • Employment (regular employee status)​
    • Business (at least 2 years in operation)​
  • 21 years old at the time of loan application and not older than 70 years old at loan maturity
  1. 2 valid IDs
  2. Proof of billing/residence
  3. Proof of income

Locally employed (any of the following):

  • Latest 3 months payslips
  • Latest Certificate of Employment with Income (COEI)
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or BIR Form 2316

Self-employed:

  • Proof of business registration
  • Bank statement for the last 3 months for non-BDO accountholder
  • Audited Financial Statement (AFS) for the last 2 years
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last 2 years

OFW (any of the following):

  • Latest proof of remittance for the last three months – must be duly verified with the remittance company, remitting bank, or a BDONB/BDO branch if via CASA.
  • Latest 3 months payslips
  • Latest Certificate of Employment with Income (COEI)
  • Latest crew contract, if sea-based
  1. Collateral documents
  • TCT/CCT
  • Tax Declaration
  • Tax Clearance
  • Building plan and specifications (for house construction)
  • Bill of materials (for house construction)
  1. Copy of official receipt for appraisal fee

Oo, maaari kang magdagdag ng co-borrower para ma-attain ang 50k gross monthly family income. Ang qualified na co-borrower ay hanggang 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity.

Maaaring gamitin ang proceeds ng Pabahay Loan para bumili, magpatayo, o magpaayos ng bahay. Maaari rin itong gamitin para sa ibang pangangailan katulad ng edukasyon, medical, investment, at kahit home loan refinancing.

Ang appraisal fee ay depende sa location ng property.​
   - Within a 30 km. radius from BDONB or BDO branch - P5,000​
   - Outside a 30 km. radius from a BDONB or BDO branch - P7,500​
   - Outside 60 km. radius from a BDONB or BDO branch - P10,000

Ang appraisal fee ng magkatabing properties ay P500 per additional title. Sa magkaibang lokasyon, ang karagdagang fees ay naaayon sa naturang lugar nito:​
   - Within a 30 km. radius from BDONB or BDO branch - P5,000​
   - Outside a 30 km. radius from a BDONB or BDO branch - P7,500​
   - Outside 60 km. radius from a BDONB or BDO branch - P10,000

Ang appraisal fee ay kailangang bayaran upon loan application para maisagawa ang field appraisal.​

Maaaring ma-refund ang appraisal fee kung na-cancel ang application at wala pang naganap na field appraisal inspection.​

  • Usage/Classification -  residential or mixed used
  • Property Type - house and lot, vacant lot, townhouse, condominium, apartment

- P5,000 service fee​
- Insurance if client has no existing insurance policy​
     a. Credit Life Insurance​
     b. Fire Insurance (if applicable)​
- Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) per BIR rules​
- Registration fees (variable to be computed once approved)​
- All of the above will be deducted from the loan proceeds.

Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA). Kailangang i-maintain ng client ang kanyang checking/savings account balance na naka-register sa ADA.
