To avoid duplicate processing of Purchase Convert request, please ensure that transaction conversion request is made only through one application channel. Application status will be sent to registered mobile number via SMS after five (5) banking days.

Any availment made through other channels may result to double processing and that the cancellation, if there is any, may be charged an Installment Processing fee of  5% of the total remaining balance or P300 for PHP-denominated transactions or USD10 for USD-denominated transactions, whichever is higher.
