To avoid duplicate processing of Balance Convert request, please ensure that conversion request is made through only one application channel. Application status will be sent via SMS using registered mobile number after 5 banking days. 

Any availment made through other channels may result to double processing and that the cancellation, if there is any, may be charged an Installment Processing Fee of 5% or the total remaining balance of P300 for PHP-denominated transactions or USD10 for USD-denominated transactions, whichever is higher.

A reference code is required to process the Balance Convert application. If no reference code has been received or has expired, call BDO Contact Center at (02) 8888-0000 to apply.
