1. An existing BDO Basic Account is required before you can get the BDO Pay Card. If you haven't opened one yet, you may do so through the BDO Pay app or at any BDO branch.
   
   
2. Once you've applied for a BDO Basic Account, keep an eye out for the welcome email. This confirms that you're application has been approved and it will contain your Basic Account details.
   (Note: The application reference number is NOT your BDO Basic Account number.)
   
   
3. Once approved, you may now get your BDO Pay Card at any BDO branch! Don't forget to bring one valid ID.
   
   
4. The BDO Pay Card is available for only P150, and is free if you have a BDO Cash Card.
