With BDO Phone Banking (PB), you may: 
  • Inquire the balance of your enrolled Checking or Savings Account, Time Deposit and Cash Card

  • Pay your bills immediately to over 180 accredited companies or merchants

  • Transfer money (Fund Transfer) to your own or other enrolled BDO bank accounts

  • Reload BDO Cash Card

  • Load SMART, Talk ‘N Text, Globe, Touch Mobile (TM) and SUN prepaid mobile phone

  • Order more Checkbooks


Additional Bank services available:

  • Seek the assistance of our Customer Contact Center Officer

  • Report lost/stolen BDO ATM Debit Card or BDO Credit Card

How to Perform Phone Banking Transactions:
Simply dial 631-8000 to begin your banking transactions:
  • Choose option 1 for BDO Phone Banking
  • Enter 10-digit Phone Banking number
  • Enter your 6-digit TPIN
  • Choose:

  • Option 1 for Balance Inquiry

  • Option 2 for Bills Payment

  • Option 3 for Fund Transfer

  • Option 4 for Cash Card Reload

  • Option 5 for Prepaid Mobile Reload

  • Option 6 for other services then option 1 for Checkbook Reorder

  • Option 0 for Customer Service Assistance

                     To report lost/stolen BDO Card:
  • Choose option 5 for lost/stolen BDO Card


Enroll in BDO Phone Banking
For existing BDO Online Banking users:
  1. Login to BDO Online Banking with your existing user ID and password

  2. Go to “Enrollment Services > Phone Banking > Enroll” 

  3. Nominate your phone banking number and Telephone PIN (Personal Identification Number) 

  4. Click “Submit”


For those not yet enrolled in BDO Online Banking:
  1. Go to

  2. Click “Enroll Now”

  3. Fill-out the Online Enrollment Form, making sure to put a check on the Phone Banking box, and then click Submit

  4. Take note of your ATM Activation Code in the acknowledgment page as you will use this to activate your Online Banking account.

  5. Go to any BDO ATM, press “Other Services” > “Activate Electronic Banking”, and enter your ATM Activation Code.


Note: You may start using your Phone Banking account after 24 hours from ATM activation.
