  1. The BDO Pay Sign -p Promo (“Program”) is open to existing BDO customers with a BDO Online Banking account with an existing BDO Savings or Checking Account, Credit, or Debit Card linked to such BDO Online Banking account (“BDO Customers”), subject to the eligibility criteria in Section 3 of this Program Mechanics.
  2. The Program Duration is from November 10, 2021 to 30, 2021, and is extended until December 31, 2021, as approved by DTI-FTEB -130824 Series of 2021
  3. To be eligible for the Program, BDO Customers should meet the following criteria:
    1. The BDO Customer must receive an invite via BDO Pay Sign-Up Promo Ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, In-App, BDO branches, electronic mail (email) or Viber/ SMS to sign up for BDO Pay during the Program Duration & be entitled to a PHP 100 eGift.
    2. BDO Customer must use a PH-based mobile number, and their registered Online Banking username and password to sign up for BDO Pay.
    3. BDO Customer must successfully sign up for BDO Pay within the Program Duration.
  4. Customers with existing BDO Pay accounts/ signed up to BDO Pay are disqualified from the promo. Scenarios:

  1. Qualified BDO Customers will receive an SMS Notification via their mobile number linked to his/her BDO Pay account, containing the Php100 eGift within 30 banking days from the date of successful sign-up. The eGift can be used in SM's Call to Deliver or in SM Stores and affiliates.


  1. The eGift is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The eGift must be validated and used within 60 days from receipt of the SMS notification at SM stores and affiliates.
    1. Each eGift is unique with a corresponding SM Gift Pass amount.
    2. The recipient is responsible for safekeeping the eGift.
    3. The eGift may be validated through the following:
      1. Upon presentation at the SM Store-Bills Payment Counter for validation;
      2. Over the phone through the Call to Deliver service of SM.
    4. Qualified BDO Customer is only entitled to (1) Php 100 eGift given their successful sign-up on BDO Pay within the promo period
    5. Once validated, the Bills Payment Officer will release the SM Gift Pass. SM Gift Pass can be used at the following stores: The SM Store, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermart, SaveMore, SM Appliance Center, Ace Hardware, Ace Builders Center, Baby & Co., Kultura Filipino, Our Home, SM Cinema, SM Bowling, SM Ice Skating Rink, SM Storyland, Sports Central, Surplus Shop, Toy Kingdom, Watsons, IMAX Theatre, Forever 21, Exploreum, Radisson Blu, Pet Express, Snack Time, Uniqlo, Levi’s, Walter Mart Supermarket, Alfamart, Crate & Barrel, Joseph, Sfera, The Body Shop, Skyranch, Bata, Crocs, MindPro Supermarket, Miniso, Simply Shoes, SM Science Discovery Center and SM Foodcourt (selected outlets).
    6. The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGift  code is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the value of the eGift, the BDO Customer shall pay for the difference.
    7. The eGift cannot be exchanged for cash.

  1. A qualified BDO Customer may only be awarded once under this Program. In case the BDO Customer receives multiple invites, or has multiple Checking, Savings or Debit accounts linked to one (1) digital banking account, only one successful sign-up (account)  shall be considered as qualified in this Program.
  2. Employees of BDO and their affiliates, advertising partners, accredited service providers, media agencies, and public relations are disqualified from joining the Program.
  3. In case of dispute, in respect of but not limited to the BDO Customer’s eligibility, coverage dates and fulfillment of requirements, BDO's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the BDO Customer's eligibility for the Program is encouraged to be reported to us within 60 days and shall be resolved by BDO with the concurrence of DTI.
  4. The BDO Customer who avails of this Program has agreed to the BDO Data Privacy Consent indicated in and hereby authorizes and gives consent to BDO Group, third parties and BDO Partners to collect, process, store and share his/ her information required to implement this Program under the terms & conditions of the bank.
