  1. Upon completing the minimum single-receipt transaction of P3,000 the Cardholder must scan the QR at the cashier and input his/her mobile number to generate a message whether the customer won or not.

  2. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption.

  3. To claim SM Gift Pass, winner must present the following at the Customer Service Counter of The SM Store located inside the SM Supermalls where the transaction was made for validation:

    • Winning message with reference number

    • Original Transaction Receipt (Original & Untampered)

    • Original Charge Slip (customer copy) – surrender

    • BDO Visa Credit Card usedValid ID

  4. Customer to sign acknowledgment receipt.

  5. Transaction receipt and charge slip should be marked/stamped “CLAIMED” upon release of SM Gift Pass.

  6. Redemption of SM Gift Pass is good until 60 days from end of promo period.

  7. Prize is non-convertible to cash.

  8. The SM Store and Visa will not replace lost or damaged SM Gift Pass caused by the Cardholder.

  9. All employees of SM Supermalls, their partners and affiliates, their advertising agency including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.

 

  1. Promo Mechanics for the P1,000 Shopping Spree
  1. Spend of P5,000 in any of the SM Retail stores paid using a BDO Visa Credit Card (Contactless) entitles a Cardholder to one (1) electronic raffle entry for a chance to win P100,000 Shopping Spree (SM Gift Cards).

  2. The Cardholder must enroll his/her transaction by scanning the QR code. Customer to input:

    1. Contact Number

    2. BDO Visa Credit Card Number (first 6 digits)

    3. First and Last Names

    4. Age

    5. Full Address

    6. Charge Slip Number

    7. Total Amount of Charge Slip

    8. Enter Name of Merchant

    9. Photo Upload of Charge Slip

  3. Purchase of cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift Cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert Tickets, Returns, Bills Payment Products, and other products at the Customer Service are NOT entitled to any raffle entry.

  4. Promotion period is from October 8, 2021 (10AM) to December 31, 2021 (11AM).

  5. Electronic raffle draw will be held on January 14, 2022, at 11AM in the presence of DTI and SM representative.

  6. There will be eight (8) winners of P100,000 Shopping Spree (SM Gift Cards) that will be randomly selected using an e-raffle system. One (1) winner per mall.

  7. Draw Schedule:

*All raffle draws will be conducted with the presence of a DTI Representative.

  1. SM will shoulder the cost of 20% prize tax.

  2. A Cardholder can only win once.

  3. Prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable.

  4. Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of the notification to claim the prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of SM Supermalls with the prior approval of DTI.

  5. Prizes can be claimed at Customer Services of each mall’s SM Store.

  6. Upon claiming the prize, winner must present and submit the following:

    1. One (1) government-issued I.D with photo (e.g. Driver’s License, SSS card, Passport)

    2. Valid TIN

    3. Winning VISA Credit Card (contactless) used for the winning transaction

    4. Winners must sign in the Claim Certificate prior to claiming of prize.

    5. If a representative is claiming the prize in behalf of the winner, he/she must present an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of winner’s card used for the winning transaction and valid identification (Passport, Driver’s License or SSS I.D of both the winner and his/her representative). The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms of identification and a copy of the winner’s TIN.

  7. All employees of SM Supermalls, their partners and affiliates, their advertising agency, including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
