Program Mechanics:

  1. Promo is valid from January 1 - December 31, 2018.

  2. The Travel Now Pay Later offers are applicable to all BDO Credit Cardholders whose credit cards are in active status. Excluded are Corporate accounts, Distribution Cards, Purchasing Cards, Electron Cards and Charge Cards.

  3. Credit Cardholders must pay using their BDO Credit Card to be entitled to the discount on travel packages and 0% installment on 3 months term with 1 month billing holiday.

  4. Offers are likewise subject to terms and conditions of Travel Agency and the BDO Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit Cards.

  5. Monthly installment due on Travel Now Pay Later installment transaction together with monthly interest and penalty charge (if any) will be billed to the cardholder starting on the second (2nd) monthly statement of account cycle after the transaction date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full.

  6. Participating travel agencies have sole discretion on the term/s and packages applicable for the Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) offering.

  7. Qualified cardholders may avail of the Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) interest for a minimum installment purchase worth P3,000 subject to minimum installment agreement with partner merchants.

  8. Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) interest is applicable if the cardholder pays his / her monthly installment in full.

  9. For items not included in the 0% offer, the regular monthly add-on interest rates below shall apply:

  1. All full packages require a minimum of 2 passengers travelling together.

  2. For inquiries, bookings or reservations, Cardholder can call Travel Agency directly.

  3. Complete contact details of the cardholder/s and passenger/s are required upon booking.

  4. To finalize booking, cardholders must completely fill out and sign a Booking Agreement Form, then submit to the Travel Agency. Otherwise, booking request will not be processed.

  5. A copy of valid passport is required for international booking. For Domestic travel, a valid ID must be presented upon request by the Travel Agency, the hotel/resort upon check-in, and/or upon airline check-in.

  6. For travel packages that require a Visa, the BDO Credit Cardholder must process the Visa application and comply with any Visa application procedures set by the respective Travel Agency.

  7. Travel Agency shall not be held liable for any omissions to purchased tour packages brought about a passengers’ improper travel documentation, improper conduct, invalid credentials, and tardiness, without prejudice to the Philippine Passenger Bill of Rights and the International Airline Transport Association (IATA) Passenger Rights Regulations.

  8. Tour voucher and airline tickets shall be sent through email or faxed to cardholders 3 to 4 working days after finalization and settlement of transaction amount.

  9. Restricted airline tickets have 8 days validity.  Terms & Conditions of International airlines are subject to the IATA Passenger Rights Regulations. In addition, domestic airlines and routes, terms and conditions of the Philippine Passenger Bill of Rights shall also apply.

  10. No changes can be made 48 hours prior to departure.

  11. All changes in finalized bookings are subject to penalties and charges from the airline and tour operator.

  12. Travel packages for other destinations, not featured in this flyer, may also be availed at regular rates.

  13. Travel packages must be booked within the promo period.

  14. Approved transactions can no longer be reversed or cancelled. Revisions and or rebooking on the tour itinerary may be allowed subject to approval of Travel Agency.

  15. 0% interest is valid only if monthly dues are paid in full.  All transactions are subject to bank approval.

  16. BDO may accommodate Cardholder’s request to accelerate the charging of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the Travel MOTO installment transactions.  A corresponding fee of 5% of the total remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the cardholder’s account.  After acceleration, the total amount due and the corresponding installment processing fee must be paid in full.

  17. In case of dispute such as, but not limited to Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfilments etc., BDO’s decision shall prevail with prior approval from DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or any redemption shall be resolved by BDO with concurrence of DTI.
