  1. The promo is open to the following Cardholders of BDO:

  2. A BDO Credit Cardholder can pay through the following channels:

    • In-store or pick-up transactions: Pay using a qualified BDO Credit Card at a BDO point-of-sale terminal

    • Online and Call & Deliver transactions: Online payment via Paynamics*
      *Diners Club and UnionPay Credit Cards are not accepted for online transactions.

  3. Promo codes are valid for one-time use per account only. Only one promo code can be used per transaction.

  4. A BDO Credit Cardholder can avail of the 0% interest on 3 months installment term for a minimum purchase of P3,000. The minimum purchase requirement to avail of the 0% interest installment plan is defined as net of all discounts.
    0% interest on installment is open across all channels – in-store, via Call & Deliver and online.
    Commercial Cards and Corporate Cards are not eligible to avail of the 0% Installment Plan.

  5. BDO may, at its sole and absolute opinion, accommodate a Cardholder’s request to accelerate the charging of full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the 0% Interest Installment transactions, provided that the Cardholder’s total outstanding balance due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle is paid in full. Further, a corresponding Installment Processing Fee of 5% of the total remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the Cardholder’s account. After BDO has approved the Cardholder’s acceleration, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding Installment Processing Fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle and must be paid in full.

  6. The monthly installment due on the BNPL transactions, together with the monthly interest rate and penalty charge, if any, will be billed to the Cardholder starting on the third (3rd) statement cycle after the original transaction date and every month thereafter until the total payable is paid in full.

  7. The offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and partner's VIP/Membership privileges, 3-Day Sale offers, D-Day Sale, etc.

  8. All transactions are subject to bank approval.

  9. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., BDO's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by BDO with the concurrence of DTI.


 

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Providing of Cardholder’s full name, mobile number and other information to The Body Shop gives consent to The Body Shop, its affiliates and its service group to collect, use, store or otherwise process personal data to verify, complete and deliver the Cardholder’s purchase from the said Company. Submission means that a Cardholder agrees to the use of said data for analytics and commercial or marketing purposes, and agree to receive corporate communications from the Company and to the sharing of information with its service providers who will deliver the items to the Cardholder’s designated delivery location.

  2. The Body Shop shall be responsible in addressing customer concerns regarding the availability of item/s, delivery schedule, delivery fee, fulfillment of the Cardholders’ orders and redemption of premium items and coupons.

  4. For the BDO Cardholder’s protection, card details and personal information shall always be kept secured. Card number, PIN, OTP or any card information shall not be sent through an email or text or call in response to an unsolicited email, text or call. Acknowledgment of payment display by the merchant shall always be saved.
