Promo Mechanics

  1. The Promo/Selling Period is from May 3 to 23, 2021.

  2. Travel Period is from May 16 to September 15, 2021.

  3. The promo is open to the following:

    1. All active Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of BDO Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Diners Club and BDO-issued American Express Cardmembers.

    2. All active BDO Debit Cardholders (Mastercard & Visa).

  4. Qualified Cardholders are entitled to avail of discounts from Emirates for straight purchases of airline tickets during the Selling Period, provided that the sale transactions are settled using a qualified BDO Credit Card or Debit Card.

  6. Fares quoted are inclusive of taxes and surcharges. Certain passenger types may be exempt from paying the Philippine Travel Tax upon submission of required documentation prior to ticket issuance.

  7. Fares are valid only on Emirates marketed and operated flights via Dubai.

  8. All sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.

  9. No complimentary hotel accommodations will be offered for long transit times between flights.

  10. Prevailing USD-PHP exchange rates at the time of booking shall apply on fares quoted in US Dollars.

  11. A copy of valid passport of the passenger may be required upon request of Emirates.

  12. Offers are likewise subject to terms and conditions of Emirates and the BDO Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the BDO and American Express Credit Cards, and BDO Debit Cards.

  13. All BDO Credit Card transactions shall be subject to bank approval.

  14. Qualified Cardholders shall ensure they have the appropriate documentation to depart/enter/transit their destination and that they acknowledge the risk involved in travelling, including risks of delay as a result of COVID-19 pandemic.  Emirates and BDO shall not be held responsible for any refund or any associated costs if Cardholder shall be denied entry to a country of transit or destination due to reasons such as incomplete document, travel restrictions or health protocols.

  15. In case of dispute such as, but not limited to Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillments, BDO’s decision shall prevail with prior approval from DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or any redemption shall be resolved by BDO at its sole discretion.

 

 

Emirates Terms and Conditions

  1. Valid for roundtrip travel only.

  2. Fares are inclusive of government taxes and surcharges for all destinations on promotion.

  3. Taxes may change without prior notice.

  4. Fares are subject to change due to currency conversion rate.

  5. Rates may vary due to seasonality. Rates are open to all booking classes.

  6. To qualify for the offer, payment must be made using a BDO Credit or Debit Card.

  7. For any changes in the flight schedule, please follow fare rules.

  8. All fares are non-refundable after departure, rebookable with applicable penalties subject to fare difference.  If changes must be made, then the Cardholder should upgrade to the next applicable higher fare with corresponding charges (penalties and fare difference).

  9. The applicable child and infant fares are as follows:
    Child 75% of the adult fare; Age: 2-11 years old
    Infant 10% of the adult fare; Age: below 2 years old

  11. Minimum/Maximum Stay:
    Business Class: 3 days/1 month
    Economy Class: 3 days/6 months

  12. Mileage accrual:
    Business Class: Saver (125% of the actual flight miles)
    Economy Class: Saver (35% of the actual flight miles)

  13. Booking/purchase of the discounted fares are subject to availability of flights and seats.

 

 

Terms and Conditions for Dubai Campaign

  1. The “Offer”: The offer includes two (2) complimentary nights’ stay at JW Marriott Marquis for Economy Class, or three (3) complimentary nights’ stay and upgrade to next room category (subject to availability)  at JW Marriott Marquis for First and Business Class passengers on room-only basis; and is subject to availability. If the hotel is not available, Emirates will book a room at a hotel with a comparable star rating.

  2. The Additional Baggage Allowance is applicable only on return tickets to Dubai. It will be automatically updated on the ticket.

  3. Applicable on return tickets with final destination Dubai, (not for transit or stopover), not applicable on Skywards tickets, groups or industry discounted tickets, etc.

  4. Offer applicable on twin-sharing basis (max 2 adults+ 1 child up to 11.99 years old), Children accommodated on existing bedding. A 24 hour check-in and check-out policy applies. Check-in time begins from the Dubai scheduled flight arrival time of the original booking.  The complimentary stay will always be booked on the arrival date of the flight booking.

  7. To avail of the Offer, passenger must, during the Sale Period, book and pay in full for an Emirates return flight to final destination Dubai [DXB] at emirates.com or through Emirates call center with travel to commence within the Travel Period.  Once booked and paid, passenger must send an e-mail to EmiratesOffer@emirates.com containing PNR reference, arrival date in Dubai, passenger names (only passengers in the mentioned PNR will be booked), contact phone number and contact e-mail address that will receive the hotel confirmation. By sending the email, you acknowledge that Emirates will share your necessary personal information (name, date of birth, where applicable) with the hotel partner, solely for the purpose of making the hotel reservation. Preferred language for communication is English.

  8. The Offer includes taxes and Tourism Dirham Fee. Emirates is not responsible for any additional room charges, incidentals, mini-bar etc. All additional charges will be the responsibility of the passenger. The offer does not include meet and assist at the airport, airport transportation, PCR test or visa charges.

  9. Bookings for this special hotel offer must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
