Promo Mechanics:

  1. The offer is available to all active Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of BDO (Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Diners Club and UnionPay), BDO Mastercard and Visa Virtual Credit Cards, BDO-issued American Express Cards and BDO Debit Cardholders (“BDO Cardholders”). The following cards are excluded from the promo: AMEX Cards not issued by BDO, BDO Simple Card/Installment Cards, Distribution Cards, Purchasing Cards, Tie up Cards and Cash Cards.

  2. Card brand acceptance varies per payment method.

  3. The promo period is from October 15 to November 15, 2020.

  4. Qualified BDO Cardholders can avail of the following offers:

  5. To avail of the offer, qualified BDO Cardholders must proceed with the following steps:

    1. Contact the preferred Rustan’s store through a designated Viber number.

    2. Once assigned to a Personal Shopper, provide instructions for the item/s to purchase.

    3. Payments can be made online, curbside pick-up points or in-store.

    4. To pay online, Cardholder must proceed with the following steps:

      • Cardholder must provide an email address where the secured payment link will be sent.

      • Once secured payment link is accessed, he/she will be re-directed to the billing summary page.

      • Cardholder may review the billing details and click on Pay Now to proceed to the payment page.

      • Cardholder must click on the box for Terms and Conditions to proceed to the next step.

      • On the payment option page, Cardholder must select from the drop down ‘BIN’ list to be used for payment.  BIN is the first 6 digits of the BDO Credit or Debit Card number.

      • Once selected, enter the last 10 digits of the card number and other required details and click Pay Now to proceed with payment

  6. BDO Cardholder must charge the total amount of transaction to his/her qualified BDO Credit or Debit Card. To avail of the installment offer, payment must be made through a BDO point-of-sale terminal.

  7. The monthly installment due on BNPNY transactions, together with the monthly interest and penalty charge (if any), will be billed to the Cardholder starting on the fourth (4th) statement cycle after the original transaction date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full.

  8. BDO may, at its sole and absolute option, accommodate Cardholder’s request to accelerate the charging of the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the EasyPay In-store installment transactions, provided that the Cardholder's total outstanding balance due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle is paid in full. Further, a corresponding Installment Processing Fee of 5% of the total remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the Cardholder’s account. After BDO has approved the Cardholder's acceleration, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding Installment Processing Fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle and must be paid in full.

  9. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price unless specified.

  10. The promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Rustan's and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit and Debit Cards and BDO-issued American Express Cards. In case of dispute related to the promo and Terms and Conditions, the decision of Rustan's and BDO shall be final with DTI consent.
