Promo Mechanics:

  1. The promo is available to all active Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of BDO Mastercard and Visa, BDO Virtual Credit Cards and BDO Debit Cardholders (“BDO Cardholders”). The following cards are excluded from the promo: BDO Credit Cards (JCB, Diners Club and UnionPay), BDO-issued American Express Credit Cards, AMEX Cards not issued by BDO, BDO Simple Card/ Installment Card, Distribution Cards, Purchasing Cards, Tie up Card and Cash Cards.

  2. The promo period is from July 25 to October 31, 2020.

  3. Qualified cardholders can get 15% rebate on booking fee with no minimum spend requirement.

  4. To avail of the offer, qualified cardholders must proceed with the following steps:

    1. Go to or MyKuya mobile app.

    2. Select a service to hire a Kuya or Ate.

    3. Add a qualified BDO Credit or Debit Card in the payment method to proceed with the transaction.

    4. Chat, discuss details and track location of the hired Kuya or Ate once the request is accepted.

  5. Promo is open to new and existing users of MyKuya and may be availed up to three (3) times.

  6. Rebate is only applicable on the booking fee/service charge. It will be credited to the user’s MyKuya account through in-app credits within 72 hours.

  7. Credits can be used in future transactions and may be redeemed within sixty (60) days from issuance date. One (1) credit is equivalent to one (1) peso.

  8. Only the booking fee will be charged to the qualified BDO Credit or Debit Card. This will be charged once the task starts. MyKuya service fee changes depending on how long the task will take place.

  9. Each Kuya/Ate has PhP 1,000 with them to prepay for food orders, grocery, shopping, bills payment and other items. The P1,000 will be reimbursed to them in cash once the task has been completed. If the amount is above PhP 1,000, they will offer to come to you first to get the money or if the store they are buying from accepts online payments, they will notify the customer to pay online or bank transfer. Reimbursement for purchases will be subject to providing the receipt (OR) of the expense. MyKuya also guarantees safety of cash handling for up to PhP 5,000.

  10. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price unless specified.

  11. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions of MyKuya and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit and Debit Cards. In case of dispute related to the promo and the Terms and Conditions, the decision of MyKuya and BDO shall be final with DTI consent.

  13. For your protection, always keep your card details and personal information secure.  Do not send your card number, PIN, OTP,  or any card information through an  e-mail or text or call in response to an unsolicited email, text or call.  Always save the acknowledgement of your payment displayed by the merchant.
