Promo Mechanics:   

  1. Promo period is from July 13 to 31, 2020. Applications received within the promo period and subsequently approved are eligible for the Offer.

  2. The Promo is open to Principal Cardholders of BDO Gold, Standard, ShopMore, Bench and Forever 21 Mastercard Credit Cards (“Qualified Cards”) whose accounts are active and current (i.e. no past due in both Peso and Dollar Accounts).

  3. To qualify for the Promo, Cardholder must:

    1. Avail of Cash Out or Balance Transfer (“Installment Program”) via BDO Online Banking within the Promo Period

    2. Meet the minimum installment amount of P20,000;

    3. For Pay Later: Charge it on 12- month installment term

    4. For Free First Monthly Amorization: Charge it on 18- or 24-month installment term

  4. Cardholders are entitled to full waiver of their 1st Monthly Amortization subject to a cap of P5,000 per Cardholder, regardless if he/she has more than one Qualified Card. Cardholders may avail of multiple Installment Programs subject to available credit limit and maximum waiver entitlement.

  1. Log-in to your BDO Online Banking and ensure that your chosen BDO Gold, Standard, ShopMore, Bench or Forever 21 Mastercard is active and enrolled in your account.

  2. Apply for Installment Program/s following the Promo’s required minimum installment amount and term.

    1. Log-in to your BDO Online Banking account via www.bdo.com.ph/easypay-cash or www.bdo.com.ph/balance-transfer

    2. Click More Services then choose Credit Card Services

    3. Select your active enrolled BDO Credit Card number

    4. Select a Request and choose EasyPay Cash or Balance Transfer

    5. Click Submit button to proceed with the application

    6. Read Promo Mechanics and Terms and Conditions (T&C), then click Apply Now button

    7. Provide One-Time-PIN (OTP)

    8. Fill in the application form and click Submit button

    9. Review application details and amend, if necessary, by clicking the Edit button

For Cash Out:

  1. Upload a copy of 1 valid ID to ensure application processing

  2. Click the Confirm button to proceed with the EPCash application process

  3. Agree with T&C and then click Submit button

  4. Re-confirm submission of application by clicking Yes button

  5. Wait for the confirmation message with reference number

For Balance Transfer:

  1. Attach 1 month Statement of Account for non-BDO credit card or latest 3 months Statement of Account for non-BDO personal/salary loan & Certificate of Payoff amount and click Submit button

  2. Agree with T&C and click Submit button

  3. Wait for the confirmation message with reference number and other application detail

  1. All applications meeting the required minimum spend at 12-month installment term shall be automatically processed as Pay Later with 30-day payment reprieve. No registration is required.

How to Avail:

  1. Cardholder must register his/her Promo ID* from July 10 to August 1, 2020.
    *Please refer to the promo announcement sent via Viber/SMS and/or eDM. In case of non-receipt, Cardholder must call BDO Customer Contact Center at (02)8631-8000.

  2. Submission of incomplete/wrong Promo ID will not be processed.

  3. An SMS* will be sent to Qualified Cardholder’s registered mobile number with the Bank on or before September 2, 2020.
    *Please call the BDO Customer Contact Center at (02)86318000, in case of non-receipt of SMS.

  4. Awarding of the Free First Monthly Amortization:

    1. Reversals/Credits will be posted on September 2, 2020 and will appear on the Cardholder’s Statement of Account with Transaction Description: FREE 1st MO AMORTIZATION CONGRATULATIONS

    2. The free amortization is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-convertible to cash. It is treated as a credit or payment on any outstanding balance on the Cardholder's account.

    3. Cardholders must examine their Statement of Account for any error/s related to the Promo (e.g. free amortization amount credited, non-awarding of free amortization).

 

EasyPay Cash Terms and Conditions:

  1. The BDO EasyPay Cash (“EPCash”) Promotion is open to qualified Principal Credit Cardholders of BDO Gold, Standard, ShopMore, Bench or Forever 21 Mastercard Credit Card issued by BDO (“Cardholder”), who are not prohibited by applicable laws, regulations and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

  2. The Cardholder can get the proceeds in two ways:

  • Deposited to his/her personal BDO Current or Savings Account (approved amount deposited as cash)

  • Deposited to his/her Personal Non-BDO Curent or Savings Account

  1. In cases wherein the Cardholder's available credit limit are not able to cover the requested EPCash request amounts, BDO has the sole discretion to approve only a portion of the amount applied for. In case of rejection of the application, BDO is under no obligation to notify the Cardholder of the said rejection and of the reason thereof.

Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions:

  1. The BDO Balance Transfer (“BT”)  Promotion is open to Principal Credit Cardholders of BDO Gold, Standard, ShopMore, Bench or Forever 21 Mastercard Credit Card issued by BDO (“Cardholder”), who are not prohibited by applicable laws, regulations and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo, on his/her own Non-BDO Credit Card Balances.  Provided that the Non-BDO Credit Card Balances are issued by a major card issuer and/or bank in the Philippines and is/are at least six months old; active and current at the time of application.

  2. The required minimum BT amount may come from a maximum of two (2) non-BDO credit card or personal/salary loan account balances that is/are at least six (6) months old; active and current at the time of application. The BT amount per non-BDO credit card or personal/salary loan account balance(s) must be at least P5,000, charged on one (1) installment term, and issued by a major card issuer and/or bank in the Philippines.

  3. The Cardholder must continue to pay the minimum amount due on his non-BDO credit card or personal/salary loan account balance while the BT application is still in process.  

  4. If approved, BDO will issue a check or make a fund transfer directly to the non-BDO card issuer/bank.  The check or fund transfer amount will be equivalent to the approved BT amount.

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Installment Program principal amount with interest will be deducted from and should be within the available credit limit.

  2. All transactions are subject to the Bank's approval and once approved shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) of the Installment Program.

  3. Installment Program transactions applied thru BDO Online Banking are subject to eight (8) working days processing time.

  4. All approved Installment Program applications can no longer be reversed/cancelled.

  5. Monthly installments due on the Installment Program applications together with monthly interest and penalty charge, if any, shall be billed to the Cardholder and shall commence on the Cardholder’s next statement date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full. On the other hand, for Pay Later, monthly installment due on the Installment Program transaction together with monthly interest and penalty charge (if any) will be billed to the Cardholder starting on the second (2nd) statement cycle after the original transaction date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full.

  6. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days from posting of the free amortization, after which the promotion is considered conclusive.

  7. BDO may, at its sole and absolute option, accommodate Cardholder’s request to accelerate the charging of the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the EasyPay Cash and Balance Transfer installment transactions, provided that the Cardholder's total outstanding balance due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle is paid in full. Further, a corresponding Installment Processing Fee of 5% of the total remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the Cardholder’s account. After BDO has approved the Cardholder's acceleration, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding Installment Processing Fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle and must be paid in full.

  8. Cancellation of qualified installment and/or Fraudulent transaction/s.
    If the transaction is cancelled/reversed or found to be invalid or fraudulent at a later date, BDO will chargeback the free amortization credited to his/her Card or directly collect cost from the Cardholder.

  9. By participating in the Promo, Cardholder agrees to maintain his/her BDO credit card account in good credit standing (without incurring past due/delinquency) within the Promo Period and at the time of Offer crediting. Cardholder further acknowledges that should he/she fail to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions and Mechanics of the Promo, he/she will not be eligible to avail of the Promo.

  10. In case of dispute but not limited to the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates and fulfillment, BDO's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by BDO with the concurrence of DTI.

  11. In case of any question about any of the provisions of this Promo, the interpretation of BDO shall prevail, with the concurrence of DTI.

  12. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BDO Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
