Branch

Branch Head

Responsible in the overall profitability, marketing, operations, administration of the branch, and develops long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Operations Officer

Assists the Branch Head in the operation and control of the branch.

Service Officer

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of tellering, cashiering, ATM operations of the Branch, and ensures prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the Bank's standards and internal controls.

Marketing Officer

Responsible for the daily operations of the marketing section of the branch and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the bank's and affiliates' products and services.

Non-Branch

IT Analyst

Responsible for assigning programming work to his/her programmers, designing new application systems, and supervising the implementation of projects.

Account Officer (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service (Area of Assignment : Makati, Binondo, Caloocan and Ortigas).

FX Trader

Responsible for generating volume and income in all treasury products from clients in the middle market.

Agency Management Officer (External Collections)

Responsible for reducing portfolio provisions on unsecured loans from 90 days past due to 150 days past due.

Training Partner

Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing suitable training solutions to address the training needs of his/her assigned Business Unit.

Recovery Legal Manager

Responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned recovery level and effectively managing a team of agency collectors handling past due accounts for each level. He/She ensures that the goal of external agencies are attained and that business operations are fully supported. He/She shall design effective collection strategies and other enhancement techniques to ensure that collection goals are met by each agency.

E-learning Developer / Designer

Responsible for production of digitized or online learning solutions (such as eLearning, microlearning, audio/video training) in addition to instructor-led training solutions.

Account Officer (BDO Leasing and Finance)

Responsible for business generation by initiating and developing lease and loan account for BDO Leasing and Finance, Inc., and manage the risk taking activity by ensuring that accounts are feasible and that necessary requirements are in order.

IT Service Desk Officers

Responsible for call taking, concern, request logging and monitoring, and providing first-level support.

UNIX System Administrator

Responsible for the system administration of servers to ensure that they are operating at acceptable performance and reliability levels. He/She commissions and configures equipment, installs system, and application software, tunes the system, resolves issues, and supports application development. He/She implements control access to secure the information contained in servers.

Credit Analyst

Responsible for the credit evaluation of the bank's corporate risk assets across bank products (e.g. Loans, LC's, Trust, Treasury, etc.).

Credit Officer

Responsible for the credit evaluation and credit decision for all card applications received and processed (both retail and corporate). He/She ensures accuracy of data in the system prior to credit decision, and in accordance with established credit policies and procedures. He/She must have two years experience in Underwriting.

Enrollment Officer

The position is under the Transaction Banking Group. He/She will be responsible for checking, verifying, and activating client's enrollment. He/She will also provide clients with fast, convenient, and quality alternative electronic banking services.

Business Development Officer

Responsible in providing Cash Management Services solutions to customers/prospects belonging to different market segments assigned, resulting in customer acquisition that will enable the business to meet revenue targets.

Cash Management Implementation Officer

Responsible for the implementation of Cash Management products to the client as endorsed by Cash Management Sales Unit. He/ She takes charge of managing the implementation of the project and the timely preparation of the necessary weekly status reports.

Customer Service Officer

This position is under the Customer Contact Center. He/She will be responsible in inbound customer service support and handling problems to establish complaint resolution, standards, and processes.

Service Fulfillment Officer

Responsible for providing assistance to SFU Secured Loans Team in monitoring, making, enhancing processes, procedures, and policies that involve facilitation of customer service inquiry, request, and problems.

Compliance Checking Processor

Responsible for the processing of loan accounts through documentary deficiencies validation, compliance checking, and collateral release in accordance with the terms and conditions on the Credit Proposal, standard operating procedures, approved Bank policies, and guidelines and within the set service levels agreed.

Audit Officer

Responsible for providing a reliable, independent, and objective assessment of the bank's and subsidiaries' operations, aiming to add value through a systematic and disciplined approach in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal control, risk management, and governance process.

BDO Insurance Account Officer

Responsible for developing and growing the business portfolio of the assigned team or unit, and in implementing processes and procedures related to sales, client servicing, and collections.

POS Profiling Officer

Support operations efficiency and productivity of cards transaction acquiring business through accurate and timely processing of requests related to EFT POS terminal profile creation and maintenance and terminal ID generation.

E-mail Support Officer

The position is under the Customer Contact Center. Responsible in providing support to the bank's clients through e-mail.

 

Telemarketing Officer

Responsible for generating applications for BDO credit card, billings for installment programs, and ensuring quality of all applications, preparation of reports on all applications received, and call list tracking on all applications and call list tracking reports.

 
Business Analyst

The position is under the Consumer Business Group. Responsible for assisting the Solutions Implementation Head on various Payment Solution Systems project implementations covering business process solution and system automation.

Network Administrator

Ensures that the network infrastructure of corporate office buildings are operational and the recovery or contingency procedures are available. Responsible for problem isolation, diagnosis, and restoration of network-related problems.

Security Analyst

Responsible for defining and managing control policies for all BDO endpoints. This includes but is not limited to: Endpoint Management, Forensic Analysis, Incident Response, Vulnerability Assessment, and Patch Management.

UI / UX Designer

Supports the Digital Service Design Team in delivering an outstanding user experience by providing an exceptional, intuitive, and user-friendly application design.

DevOps Engineer

Responsible for managing and maintaining cloud-based production systems.

Project Manager

This position is under the IT Group. Responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific IT projects assigned while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitment, and goals.

Documentation Officer

Responsible for the processing of loan applications in accordance with the terms and conditions on the Loan Approval Sheet / Recon Loan Amendment / Credit Evaluation Sheet / Recon Loan Approval Sheet, standard operating procedures, and approved Bank Policies, and guidelines within the set service levels agreed with Business Units supported.
