1. Members have six (6) months to activate their BDO Rewards cards from issuance date. Members with only BDO Asenso Kabayan accounts have two (2) years from card issuance date to activate.

  1. If a first-time member fails to activate within the above specified period, ALL available points shall be forfeited. Furthermore, non-activation may result to card cancellation and discontinuance of points crediting.

  2. For renewal and replacement cards, activation of the renewal or replacement card is required to facilitate points redemption.

  1. By qualifying for BDO Rewards membership, member accepts and is deemed to have accepted all the Terms & Conditions set forth herein, including present and future amendments, not with standing any contrary provision in any related document or instrument.

  2. To activate a new card:
  1. Call BDO Call Center at (02) 631-8000 or Domestic Toll Free 1-800-10-631-8000, International Toll Free: (Int’l. Access Code)+800-8-631-8000. (For complete list of International Toll Free numbers, refer to the last page of the Points and Perks flyer).

  2. For SMS registration and card activation, send BDO<space>REG<space>card number<space>PIN to 2966.

Note: You can only register one (1) mobile number to one (1) BDO Rewards card number.

To activate a renewal/replacement card:

  1. Call BDO Rewards Call Center

  2. If already registered to the SMS service, send BDO<space>AC<space>PIN to 2966

Note: If you have previously changed your default PIN, use your current PIN to activate card. If not, you may use the default PIN which is your birth month and the last 2 digits of your birth year indicated in our records. For example: “0170” for January 1970.

  1. For added security, member should change his PIN after card activation. To change PIN, member may call the BDO Rewards Call Center or send BDO<space>PIN<space>OLD PIN<space>NEW PIN<space>RE-ENTER NEW PIN to 2966. Sample text: BDO PIN 1234 5678 5678

  2. Member must discontinue use of old BDO Rewards Card and/or expired card upon activation of new card.

  3. All points accumulated in the old BDO Rewards Card and/or expired card will be automatically transferred to the new card.

  4. Member waives any and all claims, rights and remedies that the member may now have or in the future claim to have against BDO in connection herewith.
