Starting November 15, 2020, please use your 10-digit Customer Account Number (CAN) when paying for your Meralco bill using BDO Digital Banking or at any BDO branch.

 

Your Customer Account Number is on the upper left side of your Meralco Statement of Account.

 

For Digital Banking users adding Meralco as a biller for the first time: Enter the Customer Account Number under “Subscriber Number.”

 

If you already added Meralco as a biller on Digital Banking: You may proceed with paying your bill using the details already linked to your account. You no longer need to enter the monthly ATM/Phone Reference number.

 

Bills paid before the 10:00 PM cut-off time will be processed within the same day. Please settle the full amount stated on your bill on or before the due date.

 

Pay your Meralco bill anytime, anywhere with BDO Digital Banking! Here’s how:

 

Using your Digital Banking app

1. To add Meralco as a biller, tap Enrollment Services > Enroll Company/Biller
2. Enter the required information, then tap Continue
3. Once added as a biller, tap Pay Bills, then choose to pay using your Deposit Account or Credit Card
4. Enter the required information, then tap Continue.

 

Using a web browser to access Digital Banking

1. To add Meralco as a biller, click Enrollment, then click Company/Biller, then click Enroll
2. Enter the required information, then click Submit
3. Once added as a biller, click Pay Bills and Reload > Bills Payment > Pay Bills
4. Enter the required information, then click Submit

 

Note: Adding Meralco as a biller via Digital Banking allows you to pay your Meralco bill through any BDO ATM nationwide.
