BDO subsidiary reports ₱36.5 million income in 1Q 2025

Dominion Holdings, Inc. (DHI, formerly BOO Leasing and Finance, Inc.) reported a net income of ₱36.5 million in the first quarter of 2025, compared to the ₱75.9 million earnings in the same period in 2024.

The lower income is attributed to reduced funds available for investment, following the declaration of ₱3.2 billion in cash dividends in May 2024.

The cash dividend payout decreased Total Assets to ₱3.4 billion from ₱6.5 billion in the first quarter of 2024. Stockholder's Equity also declined to ₱3.4 billion from ₱6.4 billion a year ago, while Total Liabilities remained steady at ₱11.0 million.
