Promo Mechanics

1. BDO Asset Management’s pool of pre-owned vehicles under the Pre-owned Auto Fair promo, with application for BDO Auto Loan, received from September 10 to 26, 2010, subsequently approved and availed not later than November 30, 2010 shall be qualified for the Pre-Owned Auto Fair promo.

2. Minimum loanable amount shall be of P100,000.

3. Interested applicants may submit their application form together with the reservation fee of P5,000 preferably in check (payable to BDO at the following addresses:

    4. For financing, reservation fee will be forfeited in favor of BDO if the client backs
          out after the loan application gets approved. If application is denied the
          reservation fee will be returned.

    5. Qualified Auto Loan applications shall be entitled to FREE Chattel Fees, FREE
          SM Gift Pass, and One-Year Comprehensive Insurance Coverage with Acts of
          God for Auto Loan applications depending on the loan term as follows:

24 - 48 Months	Free Chattel Fee + Free One Year Comprehensive Insurance Premium with AOG

6. Cash buyers are entitled to receive P500 worth SM Gift Pass.

7. Deadline for submission of bids is on September 26, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.

8. SM Gift Pass validity is one year from date of issuance.

9. The pre-owned vehicles may be inspected at the BDO Car Depot, from
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., during the promo period.

10. Vehicles are sold on AS-IS, WHERE-IS basis.

11. Applications will be subject to the credit guidelines, policies, terms and
conditions of BDO.

12. In case of dispute, the decision of BDO Auto Loan Sales and BDO Asset
Management Group, with the concurrence of DTI shall be deemed final.
