Promo Mechanics:
1. Every P5,000 single receipt purchase at SM Department Store using your BDO ATM Debit Card or BDO Cash Card MasterCard
simultaneously with any SM Advantage Card excluding BDO Rewards Card, will be given one electronic raffle entry.
| a. Purchase of cellcards, phone cards, SM gift cheques or concert tickets at the Customer Service Counter is not entitled to raffle coupons. |

| b. Promo is open to SMAC members with permanent cards. Members with temporary cards should submit |
their Membership Application Forms (MAF) prior to the draw dates. Shoppers with expired SMAC cards, on the date of transaction, are not eligible for the promo. |
| c. Shopper must present his/her BDO ATM Debit Card or BDO Cash Card MasterCard together with his/her own SM Advantage Card upon paying at the cashier counter. |
2. Nationwide promo is from October 1 to December 31, 2011.
3. Electronic draw will be on January 10, 2012, 3pm at Marketing Convergence Inc. office, SM One-Ecom Center, Bay City,
Pasay City in the presence of DTI and SM representatives.
4. Prizes at stake: 7 UNITS – AUDI A4 1.8 SEDAN 1 car per winner
5. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone calls on how and
when they can claim their prizes. The winners will shoulder the 20% prize tax, vehicle registration, insurance and other related
documents and expenses including shipment of the unit if necessary. A shopper may only win once. Prize unit color may vary
upon availability.
6. Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prizes. After the 60-day claiming period,
unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of SM Department Store with prior DTI approval.

| b. Winners must bring two (2) valid forms of identification such as Driver's License, SSS card, Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN card, winning BDO ATM Debit Card or BDO Cash Card MasterCard and SM Advantage Card upon claiming of their prizes.. |

Requirements of winner's representative in claiming the prize an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of winner's BDO ATM Debit Card or BDO Cash Card MasterCard and SM Advantage Card and the valid identification: Passport, Driver's License or SSS both from winner and the representative. The winner's representative should also bring his/her original copies of the valid forms of identification. |
7. Employees of SM Retail Inc., its Affiliates, MasterCard, Marketing Convergence Inc. and all sister and subsidiary companies,
accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and family and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are
disqualified from participating in the promotion.
8. SM Department Store and MasterCard may disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any
mode or manner they deem appropriate.
