Promo Mechanics
1. All BDO Home Loan and Auto Loan applications received and booked from October 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 shall qualify for the raffle promo.
2. Standard approval, application process, policies, terms and conditions of
BDO shall apply.
3. Process of computing raffle entries will be as follows :

a. Home Loan – where every P100,000 shall earn one (1) electronic raffle entry.

b. Auto Loan - every P100,000 shall earn one (1) electronic raffle entry.
e.g.P1,000,000/P100,000 = 10 raffle entries* |

*applicable to every P100,000 loan amount only; fraction thereof shall not be included. |
4. The Raffle Prize is an Audi A4 1.8 TFSI Multitronic.
5. Applications qualified for other ongoing BDO Auto Loan and BDO Home Loan promos shall still be eligible for this raffle promo
6. The electronic raffle draw is on Monday, January 16, 2012 and shall be held in BDO JMT Building, ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City in the presence of a DTI representative.
7. The winner shall be notified via registered mail and a telephone call.
8. To claim the prize, the winner should bring two (2) government issued IDs and the registered mail received to the designated PGA showroom. The Prize shall be inclusive of a 3-year LTO registration.
9. The winner shall pay for the other costs and requirements needed to facilitate the transfer of ownership.
10. The winner shall shoulder the winner’s tax which is 20% of the value of the car. All other taxes shall be shouldered by PGA Cars, Inc
11. The prize should be claimed within sixty (60) days from publication of winner on February 23, 2012. Otherwise, the prize shall be forfeited, with prior approval of DTI.
12. The prize is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash
13. All employees of BDO Unibank, Inc. and PGA Cars, Inc. and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity and/or consanguinity are disqualified to join the promo.
