PCI Leasing and Finance, Inc. (PCILF) President & CEO Manolo C. Arzadon recently received a plaque of recognition from Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) Chairman Justice Jose Vitug at the PSE center trading floor, Philippine Stock Exchange Centre, Pasig City.
