Only the listed grocery bundles can be requested from the PERSONAL SHOPPER at participating SM Supermarket branches.
Partial or credit card payment (i.e portion settled through Rewards points) is allowed if member’s Rewards points are insufficient. But minimum number of points to be used should be 50.
They just have to return to the Customer Service Area of the supermarket to claim the items after 15 minutes.
Yes, but authorized representative must bring the following: * Valid ID bearing the picture and signature * Authorization letter bearing the cardholder's signature ( which is the same on the card), the name of the authorized representative and bundles to be purchased. * BDO Rewards card of the member bearing the cardholder of the signature. * Photocopy of both sides of the BDO Rewards card of the member.
If listed items have no stock, item can be replaced with a different brand but of equal value.

Mechanics:
2. Promo period is from July 1 to September 30, 2010.
3. Qualified transactions with BDO, SM and its affiliates, and other Rewards Partners enable the cardholder to earn points. Please click on the Points Guide for a complete list of qualified transactions and their corresponding points.
4. A cardholder automatically gets one (1) electronic raffle entry for every 50 points earned within each month.
5. Cardholders may inquire on their accumulated raffle entries by clicking on the Points Lookup tab.
6. Winners will be drawn every month, under the supervision of a DTI representative.
7. Raffle draw will be at Marketing Convergence, Inc., 4th Floor, One E-com Center Harbor Drive, Mall of Asia Complex CBP-1A, Pasay City 1300, Philippines.
8. There will be a total of 40 winners every month. The prize is a Philip Stein watch with classic white roman numerals dial and basic blackstrap.
9. A cardholder may only win once per month.
10. Drawn winners will be subject to BDO’s further verification to authenticate qualification in the promo.
11. Winners will be notified via their branch of account and registered mail. The names of the winners will also be published in a publication of general circulation.
12. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
13. Applicable raffle prize taxes shall be shouldered by the winners as well as other expenses (including travel expenses) related to claiming the prize.
14. Prizes must be claimed at the winning cardholder’s branch of account within regular banking hours.
15. To claim the prize, the winner must present two (2) valid IDs such as driver’s license, SSS ID, TIN ID with photo, passport, credit card with photo, postal ID, Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) ID, or voter’s ID.
16. The winners will be given sixty (60) days to claim their prize from the time they received the notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Banco de Oro Unibank Inc., with the approval of DTI-NCR.
17. All employees and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity of Banco de Oro Unibank, Inc., its advertising, promotions and PR agencies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and third party suppliers are disqualified from joining this promotion.
18. In case of dispute, the decision of Banco de Oro Unibank, Inc., with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
