Deals on Wheels Terms and Conditions:
1. Apply for a BDO Auto Loan through the Deals On Wheels Program, and avail of freebies during the event and upon successful loan availment of a minimum of P100,000 loan amount, borrower gets a FREE P1,000 (One Thousand Pesos) worth of gas card plus can avail of a low rate.
2. What more, Auto Loan applicants may, at their option trade-in their old car, regardless of brand, to any participating dealer when applying for financing of a brand new car during the event. This shall be subject to valuation by a corresponding trade-in partner. Sale price of the trade-in unit will be used to pay the initial cash outlay consisting of down payment, chattel mortgage fees, comprehensive insurance coverage and LTO registration. However, any difference between the selling price and initial cash outlay shall be shouldered by the client.
3. Upon successful Auto Loan booking and trade-in sale, the trade-in cash incentive of Php10,000 shall be automatically be applied to the initial cash outlay of the new unit purchased.
4. The Deals On Wheels Program applies to all brand new car buyers who will avail of a BDO Auto loan during the event period. The Auto Loan application should be subsequently approved and booked no later than 90 days from the date of loan application to avail of the FREE Php1,000 worth of gas card, low rate and a Php10,000 cash incentive to be applied to the initial cash outlay if with trade-in. 5. Standard BDO Auto Loan application and approval process and policies shall apply.
6. The client shall claim the BDO Auto Loan gas card through his/her Account Officer one (1) day after the loan booking date.
7. Deadline of redemption of the free gas card and cash incentive will be until August 31, 2011 covering March 17-27 Auto Loan applicants. Unclaimed gas cards and cash incentives after the given deadline shall be forfeited in favor of BDO.
8. The client shall sign a receiving copy for the free gas card received. If a representative will claim the free gas card, he/she must have a Letter of Authority from the client, and must present a valid ID (Company ID, SSS, GSIS, TIN, Passport, Driver’s License). A photocopy of the representative’s ID and the client’s ID must also be provided. The representative shall likewise sign a receiving copy for the free gas card received.
9. Employees of BDO and its subsidiaries are not qualified for the promo.
10. In case of dispute, the BDO Auto Loan Business Head’s decision shall be final.
11. These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government direction and regulation. The promotion will be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
