Details:
A. Promo Period: February 20 to June 30, 2010
B. Redemption Period: March 1 to November 30, 2010
C. Promo Offer: Welcome gift: Rudy Project Classic or Dual Time Watch
D. Welcome Gift Terms and Conditions:
1. The promo is open to all BDO Gold Credit Cardholders whose cards are issued from February 20 to June 30, 2010 (Promo Period) who are active and in good credit standing.
2. Upon card issuance, BDO shall send one (1) Promo Redemption Voucher together with the approved BDO Gold Credit Card.
3. To avail of the welcome gift, the cardholder must use his card and spend at least Php25,000.00 within 90 days from card issuance or by September 30, 2010 whichever comes first.
4. All posted domestic retail, installment (original installment amount) and overseas purchases are qualified. However, the following transactions are excluded from the promo:
- Cash advances via ATM or over-the-counter
- Home Bills
- Charge-on-Demand
- Auto-Charge
- Easy Pay Convert
- Easy Pay Cash
- Easy Transfer
- Fees/Interest Charges
5. Purchases must come from one BDO Gold credit card account only. The Principal Cardholder may include Supplementary card purchases.
6. The Principal Cardholder must submit the completely filled-out and signed redemption form to BDO. Deadline for submission of redemption form is September 30, 2010. Only redemption forms of qualified cardholders who have met spend requirement of Php 25,000 within 90 days from card issuance, among other conditions, will be processed for redemption.
7. Qualified cardholders will get to choose a free Rudy Project item from the following selection:
- Rudy Project Classic Watch
- Black face with black strap
- Red face with red strap
- White face with black strap
- Rudy Project Dual Time Watch
- Black Dual Time Agent
- White Dual Time Agen
8. The Rudy Project item of choice will be delivered directly to the Gold Cardholder’s preferred delivery address (latest confirmed home or office address only based on BDO’s records) within two (2) weeks from receipt of redemption form by BDO and confirmation of compliance with the conditions stated in numbers 1-5.
9. Only the Principal Cardholder may avail of the welcome gift. Supplementary Cardholders are not qualified.
10. Only one (1) welcome gift may be redeemed. A cardholder who has already redeemed the welcome gift may no longer redeem again. In case the Principal Cardholder is found by BDO to have made multiple redemptions, BDO shall have the right to charge the cost of the welcome gift, at prevailing retail price, to the Principal Cardholder’s BDO Gold credit card account.
11. The welcome gift is not convertible to cash, non-refundable, non-endorsable, non re-routable and not for sale.
12. Those who replace, upgrade, downgrade or convert their BDO Credit Card within the promo period are not eligible to join this promo.
13. The BDO Gold Card Activation Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
14. The BDO Gold Card Activation Promo is subject to the Terms & Conditions governing the issuance and use of the BDO Credit Cards.
15. Corporate cards are not eligible to join this promo.
16. All Employees of BDO and its affiliates are not eligible to join this promo.
E. Welcome Gift Promo Mechanics
1. To avail, Principal Cardholder must complete the Welcome Gift Redemption Form enclosed in the card welcome pack to signify interest in the promo. The form may be submitted to BDO via fax at 727-3924 or 727-4879.
2. Principal Cardholder who wishes to avail of the promo must comply with the BDO Gold Card Activation Promo Mechanics and Terms and Conditions. If Cardholder has met all the promo requirements, BDO will facilitate delivery of Rudy Project item of choice as indicated in the signed Welcome Gift Redemption Form.
3. The Rudy Project item of choice will be delivered for free directly to the Principal Cardholder’s preferred delivery address (latest confirmed home or office address only based on BDO’s records) within two (2) weeks from receipt of redemption form by BDO and confirmation of compliance with the BDO Gold Card Activation Promo Terms and Conditions. Cardholder must be the one to receive the package and must present the following:
a. BDO Gold Credit Card
b. Photocopy of Valid ID to be collected upon delivery of item
An authorization letter must be given to a representative if Cardholder is not available. Representative must present the
following:
- Original authorization letter signed by Principal Cardholder
- Photocopy of BDO Gold Credit Card of Principal Cardholder
- Photocopy of Valid ID of Principal Cardholder to be collected upon delivery of item
- Photocopy of Valid ID of authorized representative to be collected upon delivery of item
The following are the acceptable IDs:
a. Driver’s License (card, not paper)
b. New SSS ID
c. Senior Citizen’s ID
d. Passport
e. New BIR/TIN ID
f. PRC ID
*Valid ID must not be expired
5. Should delivery be unsuccessful due to unavailability of the Principal Cardholder or his authorized representative, Principal cardholder shall be liable to pay a third time re-delivery charge of P200.00. Redirection of delivery to an alternate address other than the Principal Cardholder’s home or office address on record is not allowed.
6. Cancellation of redemption or change of item is not allowed if item has been released for delivery and/or item has been successfully delivered.
7. Redemption period is from March 1 to November 30, 2010. BDO Gold Card Activation Promo Welcome Gift Redemption Forms must be submitted for redemption by September 30, 2010.
8. The BDO Gold Card Activation Promo Welcome Gift Redemption Form is not convertible to cash.
9.Rudy Project items offered in the promo are covered by applicable warranties. Any and all complaints related to the item must be referred to Rudy Project Philippines Inc. by visiting any of their shops. Rudy Project shall replace defective items reported to Rudy Project within 7 days from receipt of item.
