  - To redeem, the customer must present his/her BDO Credit Card and   SURRENDER the valid original credit card charge slip used at SM   Department Store during SM 3-Day Sale weekends

  - The valid original credit card charge slip must be surrendered to the   Brownies Unlimited branch where he/she is claiming the free item.

  - Customer can redeem one (1) Value 12 Pak – 12 pieces of assorted   brownies (3 variants) for every PHP10,000 single receipt purchase.

  - Non convertible to cash

  2.  Absolutely 0% interest for the following minimum purchase:

  7.  To redeem, the cardholder must present the following.

           a. BDO Credit Card

           b. Credit Card Charge slips with transaction amount equivalent to the              spend requirement.

  * Must be original.

  * May be electronically or manually authorized.

  * Photocopy of charge slip/s is not allowed.

  * Must come from one (1) BDO Credit Card account only.

  * Last 4 digits of the Card number printed in the charge slip/s must match the actual BDO Credit Card being presented.

  * Must be single receipt BDO credit card charge slip only and must meet the minimum transaction required.

  * Must be local transaction at SM Department Store during SM 3-Day Sale Weekends only (Except SM Cagayan de Oro and SM Davao)

  8.  Cardholders without original charge slip/s will not be qualified to redeem.

   

  9.   Freebie can be redeemed immediately or within 60 days from date of       transaction at the specified merchant redemption locations upon       presentation and validation of requirements.

   

  10. Freebie is not convertible to cash or any other product available at the        merchant locations.

   

  11. Freebie may be availed on another date within the redemption period only        if supplies for the day run out
