With BDO Phone Banking (PB) you may:

  • Inquire Savings, Checking or Cash Card balances.
  • Transfer funds from one Checking/Savings account or Cash Card to another.
  • Transfer funds online to other BDO bank accounts or Cash Card accounts (Pre-enrollment of all destination accounts is required).
  • Pay bills to over 120 merchants. (Click to view list of merchants)
  • Purchase Globe and Touch Mobile prepaid load.
  • Do banking transactions with the assistance of a Customer Service Officer-Teller (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday except during holidays).
  • Seek the assistance of our Customer Contact Center Officer for non-banking transactions.
  • Access your credit card accounts. Pre-enrollment is not required.
    • Activate your BDO Credit Card
    • Inquire available and outstanding balance
    • Acquire your latest available statement
  • Report lost/stolen BDO Credit Card
  • Inquire the status of your loan application.
  • Reorder checkbooks.
  • Reload your Smart Prepaid cellphone (click to view the procedure)

Fund Transfer

Bills Payment

Credit Card Balance Inquiry - Available Balance

  • Enter your 16-digit credit card number.
  • Enter the last 3 digits found at the signature panel at the back of your card.
  • Choose option 1 for available balance inquiry.

Credit Card Balance Inquiry - Outstanding Balance

  • Choose option 2 for BDO Credit Cards.
  • Enter your 16-digit credit card number (System Validation).
  • Enter the last 3 digits found at the signature panel at the back of your card (System Validation).
  • Choose option 2 for outstanding balance inquiry.

To report a lost/stolen credit card

  • Choose option 2 for BDO Credit Cards.
  • Choose option 3 for lost/stolen credit card.
  • A customer service representative will process your report.
