Term Loans

A term loan may be medium term, which is to be paid within 1-3 years, or long term, paid over 3 - 5 years. Term loans are used for:

• Construction of buildings, factories and plants
• Plant expansion and modernization
• Leasehold improvements
• Purchase of equipment

Payments for both medium and long term loans may either be monthly or quarterly.
